There have been some questions regarding what people can do with their animals if evacuated. See the shelter/evacuation information below.

M, T, Th, F, S – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm; 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Wednesday – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Sunday – Closed
The Shelter is accepting dogs and cats, as space allows.Encouraging anyone evacuating to Redding to seek boarding near the Red Cross Evacuation Site at Shasta College.

The Rodeo Grounds has corrals and pins available for livestock. Dogs and cats are allowed but must be contained and with owners at all times. Camping sites are available for those with animals.
