An hours-long armed barricade in Stafford ended Sunday afternoon after the suspect surrendered to Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputies. Residents had been ordered to shelter in place while deputies surrounded a home on North Road. The incident occurred at the same residence that was the subject of a 2021 Humboldt County Drug Task Force search.
