Fortuna Massage & Spa Raided; One Arrested on Prostitution Charges

Delin Liu was taken into custody at 2:50 p.m. June 4 at Fortuna Massage & Spa on the 700 block of 12th Street by CHP Officer H. Stilwell. Liu was charged with keeping or residing in a house of prostitution, keeping a disorderly house, and soliciting or engaging in prostitution — all misdemeanors. Liu was released on own recognizance at 6:23 p.m.

CHP spokesperson Colton Rickard said the search warrant was served following an investigation by the Northern Division Investigative Services Unit in response to a complaint about labor violations.
“The investigation is ongoing, and one party was taken into custody following an interview with the Humboldt County District Attorney Victim Witness Advocacy Group,” Rickard said in an email to Redheaded Blackbelt.
The DA’s Victim Witness Advocacy Group provides support services to crime victims and witnesses.
Rickard said the investigation is independent and “not related to any other investigations in Humboldt County.”

You missed the part about what the “labor violations” included, besides a ‘complaint”. Was it just a negotiated “labor” rate for a rub & tug? They need to come clean about the charges.
The bigger question would be, will Delin Liu name names of the men who use their services, because it takes two to Tango…
The booking sheet lists Liu as a “he”.
We’re in confused times, but that doesn’t sound like a woman.
I heard a dispute occurred over the amount of the bill when the client was forced, through no fault of his own, to end the massage prematurely. He considered the treatment very underhanded.
Sounds to me like someone wanted a happy ending, someone gave an outrageous price, and then someone got upset, then someone was told to GTFO.
