CPR is a last-ditch stand. I sure hope it works.
I hope she updates this. I tried to find the CHP dialogue to get a vehicle description and couldn’t. It is reported as a fatality now though. 🙁 This community has been hit so hard lately.
We have reached out to the CHP Humboldt office, but the officers have not returned from the scene at this time. As soon as we get additional information, we will update the article. (So devastating for an already grieving community.)
An update has been added now.
It was a greenish Subaru, like earth tone green
Citizen707, I very sorry to hear that this accident was fatal for the gentleman involved. I did hold out some hope when they were doing CPR. May the gentleman RIP. Condolences to his family and friends.
CHP notifies the next of kin before making a public report.
It rarely does.
