How to Participate
Adopting the annual budget is the most significant policy decision made each year by the Board of Supervisors as it provides an estimate of the county’s resources and sets a legal limit for spending by county government.
Humboldt County’s 2026-27 Proposed Budget document is available for review online at Humboldtgov.org/Budget. The proposed budget is also available for public review at the Clerk of the Board’s Office in Room 111 on the first floor of the Humboldt County Courthouse, at 825 Fifth St. in Eureka, during regular business hours.
