Flyers Promoting Hate Bombard Scotia Overnight

Anti-Semitic flyers found in Scotia

This anti-Semitic flyer found in Scotia ties Disney, pedophilia, and anti-Semitism together. [Photos all provided]

Last night, two kids found a flyer promoting anti-Semitic views in the small former company town of Scotia between 10:10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. By the time they finished picking up after the person or persons who spread the hate packets, they had found between 30 and 40 of the plastic baggies stuffed with anti-Jewish literature on porches throughout the tiny hamlet, reports the mom of one of boys who wishes to be anonymous for fear of retaliation.

The kids brought the plastic bag to show the woman. “It had a flyer and oatmeal or peanuts to weigh it down,” she told us. “It was anti Jewish propaganda.”

The woman told us that when she saw the flyers, “I was pretty shocked. I didn’t think what I was looking at…was what I was looking at.” She said she felt dread. “What else is going to happen now?” she worries. “What next steps are they going to take.”

Another anti-Semitic flyer found in Scotia.

Another anti-Semitic flyer found in Scotia. [We’ve blocked out information on how to go to a website that promotes these hate baggies]

After the mom explained to the kids how it was literature that was designed to stir up hatred for the Jewish people, her kids and a friend of theirs went out to see if there were more in the town. “They spent probably close to an hour picking them up from 2nd and Sixth [Streets] off people’s porches and throwing them away…My oldest guesstimated they found 30 to 40 in just Scotia.”

She explained, “We don’t want this to be something everyone sees and emboldens people to act out in hate. It is a shitty thing to come out on your porch and see.”

She added, “And you don’t want other people to come out on their porch and say there are others like me and want to do more… Seeing this kind of stuff and making it broadcast that there are other people on that spectrum, they might join forces and really ramp everything up….We have enough of [hate] here; we don’t need it spreading.”

Every single Aspect of the COVID Agenda is Jewish. argues the flyer.

“Every single Aspect of the COVID Agenda is Jewish,” argues the flyer.

The woman told us, “While [the kids] were walking around, I went to the FBI site and reported it and the Sheriff’s site and reported it.” She said asked a woman she knew who had RING doorbell to look at who had done it. “[The image] was really grainy,” she said. But she suggested that other people might have better images.

“Then we drove around town through Rio,” She told us. “We saw one of the Rio Dell cops and told him as well.”Let's go brandon Jewish

The woman worries that telling the media might be problematic. “It’s a Catch 22. If you talk about it, that might embolden people.” But, she said that she wanted to “make people aware that this shit is going on.”

On July 4, someone distributed similar packets in the Arcata area. According to the Lost Coast Outpost, this is the work of a northern California group. According to an article they posted here,

Teresa Drenick, deputy regional director for the Central Pacific region of the Anti-Defamation League, is quite familiar with the spread of these bigoted baggies.

“We are seeing that happen all over California and pretty much all over the United States at this point…The organization behind the flyers has been identified and extensively researched by the ADL, but the Outpost has chosen not to identify it or the people behind it since they so clearly crave such attention and use it to recruit other lost souls into their hate-filled ideology.

“The stunt is the work of a cowardly group that espouses white supremacist themes and Holocaust denial,” Drenick said. “It’s known to focus its hatred and vitriol toward the Jewish community and other marginalized communities — oftentimes the LGBTQ-plus community as well.”

The mother who along with her kids and their friend helped clean up the trash left on people’s porches in Scotia suggested people in the Rio Dell and Scotia area check RING cameras and contact Sheriff’s Department at (707) 445-7251 if they have any information.

I am so glad that your children are neither of those things. You must have raised them right, Humboldt County.

I had to leave, but I will always treasure my memories of the people you actually are.

I will not come back to visit because that is not in Humboldt County’s best interest.

Peace out.

I was about to say, that I think the heart of Humboldt lies somewhere to the right of the messages above…
I wish that the place could evolve, but I also had to leave, since the people there sickened me…
Alcoholism is rampant in Fortuna, and Scotia, well, let’s just call it Blue Collar and let it go…
These are the people who elected Trump, whose family did it’s best to conceal their German origins, during the rise of the Nazis…
It is not inconceivable that these folk could gain control again, and watch out for creeping Trumpism…

so its good not to talk about the bankers then? is that the way you like it? hahaha. how about the guys who gave jeffrey epstein a 5th avenue nyc townhouse, florida mansion, and an island, among other things, including a mountain of cash, for exactly what services rendered? better not talk about it because, exactly where are you worried about being led?- whatever your answer is, sorry its not good enough. we live in a coup state in this country. i can talk about anything i want to talk about, like 911 for instance, and if theres jewish people involved, its ridiculous to imply that ALL jewish people are involved. social engineering works and it works on you.

There is nothing wrong with blue collar workers and a strong right wing.

I grew up in the days when youngsters were told that it takes both wings to fly. Dinner table discussions were a fact of life.

Of course I wanted to defend my radical left leaning parents every bit as much as the children want to protect their parents from me.

They aren’t bad kids, I just don’t think they understand that I am not their enemy.

Thank you for listening and no, I will not spread crazy rumors about Humboldt or encourage other travellers to visit.

See you down the road.

Well Green, “nothing wrong with blue collar workers and a strong right wing” earns you the WTF comment of the day award.
Both are diametrically opposed as the right wing favors capitol above all else and any blue collar worker with a bit of sense knows the bosses new Porsche was paid for by profits from the worker’s labor.
Your “radical left leaning parents” are probably in alignment with the GOP’s 1956 platform that earned Dwight Eisenhower ( R ) #34 his second term. It included such radical ideas as women receiving equal pay for equal work, a 92% tax on income over $400,000 per year (about $4.4M in 2022 dollars) and horror of horrors, universal health care. You know, that system that’s in 32 out of 33 developed nations but that “strong right wing” you’re a fan of values corporate profits over human life so much they showed up with assault rifles to intimidate those who’d dare to interfere with their agenda.
And the final piece of bad news is you are your children’s enemy if you don’t support ending the student loan scam, restoring social security and of course, universal health care. A living wage would be helpful as well, unless you really like them raising their family in your home.

I always thought that immigrating to America was a fantastic way for newcomers to bring the best of their culture with them to America and leave the Bad in the “old country.” Make us better and stronger. The Trump family brought the absolute worst aspects of German culture to these hallowed shores and now we are reaping the whirlwind.

Permamtly monitoring. Love the broad stroke bigoted comments that your political opponents are simply racist. Way to spread the hate. To say trump = racism is divisive, bigoted, and ignorant. He was beloved by black communities

OMG LOL.
Wow. You better have a stellar citation for that.
From 1973 on (when the Nixon admin sued him and his father for racial housing discrimination), on through the 1980s (oh the Central Park Five), etc. His relations with the Black communities of the NYC metro area and his casinos in NJ were well documented long before “the leftist” media got ahold of him.
I spent time in Manhattan in the 80s. He was already a known jerk/racist locally, and then went national (who can forget the Marla Maples scandal!). It’s like some people have forgotten what an ass he was, or they never knew. Of course NYC remembered, as they went for Clinton by nearly 80% against their own native son. Because they knew who he was/is.

the state of new york is tightening up gun laws and will require anyone purchasing a gun to submit three years worth social media accounts for scrutiny, to make sure they are responsible enough to own guns, before they can get a license. Walt Disney has been dead since 1966.
He invented something that sold, and he sold the heck out of it.
That’s being an American, and whatever he did, whenever an American goes to Europe and they give you a map and a train pass, suddenly, it’s Disneyland… Humboldt County is “Disneyland for druggies”, and that’s where the crazy stuff kicks in…
As far as Jewish Folk are concerned, they seem to be everywhere, like Whiskey-Tangos and Hispanics and everyone else…
So, clean your guns and wait for your chance, but remember, someone will undoubtedly shoot back…
Don’t elect criminals, and the criminals won’t divide you, which is what the Nazis did…

The animation in Fantasia is amazing, the stories are amazing and the liberal intonations are fabulous. If that’s a heroin dream, I can see the attraction. Funny how you discounted the entire production on the heroin rumor and then back down when challenged. Seems more like LSD to me but the time frame is inconsistent. Any reference on the heroin claim?

Whether the hearsay that Walt Disney was a Nazi sympathizer before the war is true isn’t for me to say, but during the war ,Disney put out several propaganda films that were animated for the US Navy ,and the Army Airforce making the Nazis leaders and Imperial Japan look manipulative and immoral and to support the men and woman that were serving. The day after Pearl Harbor was attacked ,he granted permission to the US Army to take over his Burbank studio to protect the neighboring Lockheed plant. He also was big on promoting war bonds for the war effort. Regardless of his political leanings, he would be rolling in his grave if he could see the trash that is put out today with his name on top.

Hating other people based on race is ridiculous. Given that, the timing here is quite convenient for a certain political party, isn’t it. It follows the campus nooses and swastika symbols graffitied around colleges over the last 5 years, almost all of which turned out to be white or black democrats trying to cause chaos through fraud. My guess is this is a Democrat run scam operation to try to cause chaos by making a non white nationalist problem seem like one, given the current democrat administration and its rhetoric. Additionally, the democrat party does not like Israel, supports the Palestinians, and has racists like Ilhan Omar and Rashida Talib who denounce Israel daily. Desperate democrats. Benjamin Netanyahu by the way is a great leader because he didn’t bow to the American Democrat party, supports America bigly and was an ally of Trump. Because of this, they hate him for it. Boom.

Ah but everyone likes easy-to-identify, sweeping categories of villains. Some pick Jews, some pick right wing gun nuts, some immigrants, some pick “the other” race. Liberals hate conservatives, conservatives hate liberals. Some hate cops, some hate druggies. Some pick religion to blame and some pick atheists to blame. Wide nets means always having someone to catch. Details and contradictions are ignored because any nuance just creates extra work. Like in having to spend time figuring out just what it is that is hated. And why.

I think you are wrong. But I like you. I don’t hate “right wing gun nuts” I may disagree on certain points. I own guns, but think we can regulate them better. I feel bad that so many are getting scammed by the NRA, and the scam uses a kind of cult like obsessing over gun ownership for their fundraising and political influence. There are differences on the spectrum of what is hate. Like what does the oatmeal flyer poster propose? Extermination camps? What are Disney executives of whatever ethnic background doing? Making money for shareholders with lame musicals, and theme parks for boring people. Big difference.

I was waiting for this. It was a point certain to be raised by those who never have understood the issues but know they are right anyway. So here it is- knowing what is hated is the difference between irrational, emotional, knee jerk bigotry and utilitarian perspicacity in thinking. Anti vaxxers are a clear example of that difference. The difference is between hating stupid ideas and hating people, who frankly are not categorised so easily.

Each bore a dubious attempt at a disclaimer, which states, “These flyers were distributed randomly without malicious intent” and links to a YouTube-like video sharing website with right wing, conspiracy theorist hate videos.
And this:
In this recent Arcata incident, one of the flyers also contain Bible verses with references to Satan and another titled “Let’s Go, Brandon” — a not-so-secret right-wing code term that means Fuck Joe Biden — states “Facts don’t care about feelings.”
There have been at least three different flyers with different lists tossed around the county. Disney is only one of them.

Instead of beating around the bush why is it not kosher to say it was the Goyim Defense League, so “we” know who the enemy is? Scrutiny is the only path to truth.
It’s very symptomatic to watch an article like this devolve into a finger wagging exercise, punctuated by idiocy, while the perpetrators remain hidden in plain sight and will reoffend. (Sound familiar?)
Now, who do we blame the economy on? My advice is to enjoy a catharsis and just say it.

I never really understood the obsession some radical whites, blacks and arabs have with demonizing jewish people.
I hear often the global conspiracy thing, but every greedy asshole is trying to get in on the same evil.
The term “hate” though, I think, needs to be dispatched with.
Hate as well as love, will be and have been with us since time immemorial.
spreading prejudicial propaganda is more about social conflict and blame than it is about hate, and I’d say all sides do that habitually.
It is shocking to see old guard racist propaganda though, it used to be the norm in the states, so take that as a compliment on our newfound general tolerances

So you are trying to say you were only joking?
I don’t ever get mad at the late Bill Hicks. He was funny, you, not so much. There is a term for backtracking that I won’t post here, but it begins with Shrodinger’s….

Good jokes have a basis in truth. I never said I was joking. I just thought it would stick in your craw better if it came from Bill. Have you listened to his other stand-ups? Maybe you should take his advise and forgive me.

At least we can agree that bill was funny and way ahead of his time.

Nah. No forgiveness.
Hicks has been mythologized to an extent (as is wont to happen when someone dies so young). People of all kinds take what they want from what he said.
He also said, when responding to an anti-Semite who told him that Jesus was killed by the Jews…I went and found the quote just for you:
”If I believed that Jews killed God, I’d worship the Jews.”

Only the truth, or the assumption of truth, is funny. Good jokes reveal the banality and absurdity of the human condition and hateful jokes reveal the assumed lies such as racist or sexist or ethic jokes.

Hicks was responding to a heckler in the crowd. BTW he has a particular distaste for hypocritical Christians. It’s typical of the anti-semite mindset to take it out of context.
The rest of the quote is:
HITLER HAD THE RIGHT IDEA! HE WAS JUST AN UNDERACHIEVER! KILL ‘EM ALL, ADOLF! ALL OF ‘EM! JEW, MEXICAN, AMERICAN, WHITE, KILL ‘EM ALL! START OVER! THE EXPERIMENT DIDN’T WORK!

Racism is a cake made of ignorance, iced with tradition. Jesus was Jewish. Read ‘Zealot’ by Reza Azlon. 2,000 years ago Palestine was occupied by the Romans, who used the easily corruptible local Theocracy to help maintain power. The priesthood took advantage of their position to scam the population by selling the right to enter the temple, among other things. That’s what ‘ol J-Naz was fighting against. Judaism was very messianic at the time, and you had ten or fifteen people a week showing up claiming to be a messiah, as was prophecized. The Romans hanging a “King of the Jews” sign at the crucifixion was a common taunt to the Jewish population. Bad translations, and metaphysical thinking may have given us the notion that Jesus of Nazareth was literally the son of a guy named Joseph, but more likely, was a follower of a different Joseph. When this Joseph was executed by the Romans, J-Naz became the new rebel leader….
Today, Jewish people and the State of Israel are two different entities. The Israeli State is an Apartheid system. Israel was created in a cynical British attempt to establish a bulkhead in the Middle East. They used the Zionist cults to encourage immigration from Europe. The allied European powers essentially sent the Zionists to kill and displace others to establish their own internment in the desert, as alternate “Jewish Solution”. By the end of WWII many young Jewish survivors were understandably militant, motivated, and maybe a little self centered.

I’ll add that Christianity itself is pretty new to Europe, and is as inherently European as Judaism, and Islam. Christianity really got it’s European start in what is now Turkey. Farley Mowatt actually had a compelling, but ridiculed theory that the true “Indigenous” people of Europe were the Roma. He theorized they were pushed by incursions of other cultures North into England, where they were called Picts, and then on even to North America, preceding the Norse as far as what is now New England. There they may have integrated into tribes who were displaced by North American social upheaval prior to Norse attempts at settlement.

I love me some Farley Mowatt, but that is a crackpot idea. Had he lived long enough, he would know that.

Lawrence Jetboat

He was ridiculed by “experts” plenty during his life. I actually got to drink lots of wine with him, and his wife cruising around on a Russian ship into bays between Iqualouit, and St Pierre, Miquelon checking out archaic sites where boats had been tipped over for winter hold-overs. I saw a giant iceberg roll over while sneaking a Doobie on shore… I also was prevented boarding a plane in St. Pierre, by Canadian Customs. St. Pierre is still French Terroir I guess. I had left my passport at a desk in the Toronto Airport. My elderly Aunt barricaded the airplane door while they called the airline who had it.

Angela Robinson

I would love to have had that experience!
But as much as I love Mowat, he could come up with some pretty “romantic” notions.

Again, I would like to have that talk with him now the archeogenetics have come fully online. A whole lot of “romantic” notions have been put to bed because of it. Like Kennewick Man being anything but an ancestor of the people who still live in the region he was found. He wasn’t Ainu, or Polynesian (a people who did not exist yet for several thousands of years), or Patrick Stewart.
But, still I love Mowat. He even knew some of his stories weren’t real. As he said, he never let facts get in the way of a good story.
The first Mowat book I ever read was Ordeal by Ice. I have a great interest in the Northwest Passage ever since. I would have loved to hear his thoughts on the discoveries of the Franklin ships.

Sp what if everynody is a Jew? Even if they are, so what? What does that mean? Every one of them is white. Every one of them is over twenty-one. Every one is neatly dressed. A striking majority of them have hair on their heads. What does this all mean? If you think some of them are dishonest, or overly ambitious, or just plain wrong, we can talk about that. Politically connected? Sure — even if they weren’t to start with, they are now, obviously. But why do you think being Jewish is so awful? Are you a follower of that guy who thinks all Jews plus Queen Elizabeth are actually lizard people from Vega. Now there’s a believable idea.

Off the top of my head, Jerome Powell isn’t even Jewish. He’s Catholic.
I looked up Donald Barr while being born Jewish, converted to Catholicism, sent his kids to Catholic schools and was quite devout according to his family.
So..if you want to name names of Jews, you might want to be sure you are actually naming, you know, Jews.

Yeah because someone who would be put in a position of power to cover up CIA drugs and weapons trafficking would deffinitely have standards too high to help cover up a political blackmail operation using child prostitutes from the same time period on until the present time period.
You seem to be the only one that defends these pedophiles and blackmail intelligence operations on this website, but you don’t dispute much of what I say, you just brush it off as just being hearsay.
If you are jewish and loyal to israel it would make sense, but I don’t see how an american can support a foreign country engaging in child trafficking to entrap our politicians. The politicians are the problem too, so I am not excusing their entrapment and activities.

LOL. And why, and this has never been answered, would they bother with WTC 7? That whole two ginormous buildings collapsing right next to it would never have anything to do with it?

And the “Pull it?” Anyone not knowing that when the owner of the building said “Pull it”, he was talking about pulling the firefighters in the building, which then collapsed on it’s own later in the day.
No one died in WTC7.
But no amount of actual facts will ever change the minds of people who want to believe.

Look back at recent history. A group of Saudis hijacked several planes using box cutters. In response we invaded a lawless tribal region the British collectively called Afghanistan. A proxy war was waged between the Soviets and America there, and oil rich Saudi religious fundamentalists were key supporters, with money and fighters. Some of those “Freedom Fighters”-Ronald Reagan, included Osama Bin Ladin. They continued to use Afghanistan for jihadist camps as it was generally a lawless wasteland. Some also were motivated by whoever, and whatever method to hijack planes in 2001 to start some shit.
Conspiracy.

Sorry, I’m still procrastinating… Thinking about Canadians and thus, obviously, canoes, reminded me of a funny story:
Around 2006 I bought a repaired canoe that had originally been purchased by Donald Trump. The canoe was destined for either Eric, or DJ Jr., but was damaged during delivery, and of course they never paid for it. Of course it was gold, but due to the super light translucent kevlar laminate! I bought the canoe for my Communist Canadian Uncle. Look it up, Holy Cow Canoe company in Southern Ontario. (owned by third gen East Indian/Canadians) Call em, they’ll verify.

The two big tools Republicans have to maintain power from their minority position are: voter suppression and gerrymandering. This allows the establishment of a sham, Potemkin democracy, which CPAC studied while in Hungary. Dems promote urban renewal while Repubs study Orban renewal. Make America Hungary again.
