[UPDATE 12:03 p.m.] Outbuilding Fire on Table Bluff Road Spreads to Wildland, Firefighters Mobilize Resources
A small approximately 10’x20′ outbuilding caught fire in the 1700 block of Table Bluff Road near Loleta at approximately 11:05 a.m. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered the structure completely engulfed in flames, with the fire beginning to spread to the surrounding wildland. As of 11:30 a.m., another structure is threatened as the wind drives the flames. Trees are beginning to torch.
The incident commander requested additional resources, including an aircraft to monitor the fire from above and more ground support to help contain the spread.
Firefighters are currently working to control the blaze and protect the nearby vegetation and structure. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

UPDATE 11:48 a.m.: According to the Incident Commander, the fire is about a half acre in size but firefighters have laid hose around most of the fire and are bringing it under control.
UPDATE 12:03 p.m.: Some resources are being cancelled.

You might want to post the Shelly Fire on the PCT west of Etna in the Marbles. Has great potential to become very large! No clouds = no lightning, along PCT, 4th of July most likely indicates knotheads. Happens or has close calls on the 4th every year!
