Because Facebook is notorious for protecting privacy, Uh huh.

” The Humboldt County Human Rights Commission, Human Rights Cannabis Inquiry Ad- Hoc committee is conducting a survey inquiring about the effect cannabis is having on Human Rights in Humboldt County.”

Why? To be used How? For what? By whom?

Or maybe this is it?

Democracy @ Work: Register to Vote!, CCIA 2020 Cannabis Ballot Initiative Tracker, from the left of course.

Sure is short on information.

Inquiring minds what to know.

The Human Rights Commission is on your side if you feel the local govt has betrayed our community. Hence the survey, geniuses. They call out government shadiness and it’s effects on the community as a whole- especially those historically oppressed communities within our county. So, please fill out the gd survey if you too are sick of good ole boy cops( thieves),Rex Bohn and the like, John Ford, etc.

Our human rights were infringed on when Prop 64 was voted in!

Sorry about that!

In this country, you do NOT have the right to make a shit-ton of money, without paying taxes, unless, of course, you are based in the Caymans, and you call your pot-farming knowledge “intellectual property”… Then, you “rent” the IP to yourself, for the exact amount of your “pot-profits”, and PRESTO, you don’t make any money!

So, if you feel your pot-farming rights are infringed, you just are not structured correctly!

Work on it, and I will send you my bill for this consultation…

I like it but you need to diversify with a business front in a non-extradition country. Buy a piece of land on the ocean say in Costa Rica as an example and open a fruit stand or smoothie business. Yes you will pay a little in taxes but you get to keep the rest and no legal hassles from the US.

I think you have a future as a Corporate Consultant! Get an MBA and we’ll talk!

Costa Rica will soon have more Americans than Costa Ricans, and Trump will annex it. I hope he doesn’t come for us when we get set up…

Yeah you can’t make a shit ton of money without paying taxes in this country unless you are, say, General Electric?
Get off the government is good freight train.

With liberty and Justice for all = I fully intended to fill out the survey but I decided not too when I reviewed it and saw they want your email address at the least, (required), and all your other information if you’re game. I don’t have anything to hide but bristle at an anonymous survey asking for such info.

The cannabis industry violates my rights every time I smell a plant or smell a joint being smoked. I choose not to partake in the use of this poison, but lawmakers, law enforcement, district attorneys and judges won’t do a damn thing about it. Common courtesy doesn’t seem to do anything about it either. It’s just a bunch of greedy growers and lowlife potheads that force their crap on me and the rest of the population who don’t want it around.

Alf….move to Utah. Oh wait… they’ll probably even legalize within 10 years. Haha your screwed.
You are the minority of a lot of republicans nowadays Alf. If that’s what you are…. [edit] Weed is mainstream. Deal with it. Look at Oklahoma. One of the “reddest” (is that a word?? ) in America lately and they have legal weed. It was voted in by, drumroll……. republicans.

You don’t have a right to never smell a particular plant. That’d be a personal preference and you’re responsible for maintaining those

What a complete joke coming from the most corrupt county, no regard for its citizens and lies all to sell itself out to the highest bidder. Can’t even fix a pothole. Shame on you Humboldt county. The embodiment of a totalitarian government on the loose. No pride. No dignity.

I would consider taking the survey.. something tells me that this survey.. put out by the county…. will largely be ignored anyway. Maybe am reading this wrong but.. I think it says it would only be anonymous if it was sent by USPS?

Anyway.. the right to “privacy” is gone..and exploited due to massive satellite surveillance..

Right to a fair trial.. what trial??? . Considering the county and state can now issue huge arbitrary fines without ANY trial or oversite based on speculative satellite data.. or maybe what it deems as a little litter or something with in a “speculative distance” from what they deem as a “creek”… Then arrest you and take your property.. all for growing a plant that voters have deemed “legal”..

Seriously, you have more protections and rights if you were to dump massive amounts of trash right in a creek.. which would be seriously messed up.. but you would have more protections.. if you were the Asshat that did that..

Equality before the law.. yeah right.. seems like the system on that is BROKEN.. considering if you massively clearcut your property, suck the wells dry, lay out enough plastic grow bags.. but paid enough money to make it thru the erroneous applied CEQA process.. one gets a pass, but a smaller cultivator, who largely practices more organic methods is denyed based on what.. pretty much fees alone.. How does that make ANY sense? Environmentism at its finest.. What’s next.. a car ban.. Yes actually now Gavin Newsome wants to now ban gas powered cars..

Seems like all these “rights” come with a large amount of “twist and turn” small print that pretty much says.. the constitution is now Null and void because you grew a “legal” plant on your property.. So much for “rights”.. apparently only $$$ signs = rights in Humboldt.. For Shame!
