Missing Man May Be Delusional or Incoherent
Family members are searching for Ryan Daniel Grater who was last seen in Fortuna, CA on February 11, 2019. Grater was driving a silver Oldsmobile. and wearing a tan Carhartt jacket with hood.
Grater is 32 years old. He is 6′ tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He has blue eyes and short brown hair. On the right side of his chest, he has a tattoo. (Picture below shows the same one on his wife’s shoulder.) He also has a tribal tattoo on his left shoulder.

Ugh im so sorry for the family, one of the worst feelings in the world!!!! Hang in there, try to play some cards or anything to take your mind off it for even a minute.
Any ideas which way he may have been inclined to head? The streetlights in eureka have the license plate cameras that feed into a stolen car database, perhaps they could run his plates through that?
So hoping he is found safe soon!!!!!

So this guy was walking up and down my street the other day and walking down the middle of Wildwood wearing a light blue messenger style bag I called the pd a few times but i didn’t get an answer but I have seen him on several occasions

Is there a model and year of Oldsmobile? This may seem far fetched but I was driving north on 101 today in Petaluma and saw a tall man with a disabled vehicle which could have been an Oldsmobile just north of Petaluma on the long uphill grade and before the Railroad Avenue exit. I didn’t know who to call.
