Source: Humboldt County Correctional Facility Daily Booking Sheet

I checked the compilation against the PDF. Most of it is accurate, but there are a few issues and clarifications:

  • ROBIN ANDRE REED appears twice in the PDF, but it is the same booking and same charge. Listing it once was correct.
  • BARBARA ANN OROZCODELAPAZ was not charged with four misdemeanor counts of VC 14601.1(a). The PDF shows:

    • Three misdemeanor counts of VC 14601.1(a)
    • One infraction count of VC 14601.1(a)
    • One misdemeanor count of HS 11377(a)

A more precise rendering would be:
    • VC 14601.1(a) (3 misdemeanor counts, 1 infraction count) — Driving with a suspended or revoked license.
    • HS 11377(a) — Possession of a controlled substance.

  • PC 30306 for Jackie Pearson Paul Willis was summarized generally. The statute specifically concerns prohibited possession of ammunition by certain restricted persons.
  • PC 667(b)-(i) for Michael Troy Young is a sentencing enhancement statute rather than a standalone crime. Your wording identifying it as an enhancement allegation was appropriate.
  • The incarceration statuses were accurately carried over from the PDF, including:
    • “Fresh Arrest”
    • “Foreign Warrant”
    • “Local Court Case”
    • “Released per PC 849(B)(2)”
    • “O.R. Misdemeanor”
    • “Bail Bond”

Other than the VC 14601.1(a) count distinction for Orozcodelapaz, I did not find major factual discrepancies.

Please make the corrections so I can copy and paste to my website

Note: This list above was compiled by AI using the Booking Sheet from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office. All information was current as of the time the HCSO booking sheet was completed. Note the time on the original booking sheet for that information. AI can make errors — if you notice one, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Additionally, if a charge is later dismissed, reduced, or you are formally cleared and can provide official documentation (such as a court order or a letter from the District Attorney’s Office), we will update the log to reflect that change in status. We do not remove accurate historical booking information but will note verified updates to the official record.

Anyone notice all the changes at ATF? One is they are not trying to entrap citizens or discredit the gun industry.

I speculate that clicking a few downvotes isn’t far out of their way when they’re already here but ever since the presumptive liberal influencer money train has dried up, typing a reply is no longer worth their time.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Fox News Channel on Wednesday that the Cuban communist regime rejected a $100 million American humanitarian assistance package that would have provided significant assistance to the Cuban people.
.
What is wrong with the commies in Cuba? We offer to help them, but they hate Capitalism so much they would rather eat rodents than take a handout.

But one can guess it may have something to do with the decades-long embargo. Not to mention blatant virtue signalling by the US.

If virtue signaling was a serious cause for rejecting anything, hardly a person on this site, either owner ot commenter, would eat, have electricity or anything else.

As to the embargo, there was a history there. A long painful history that was not all one sided. There serious bad behavior on both sides with lots of propaganda and suspicion. Not to mention there’s a large Cuban expat community in the US that has its own agenda. So yes, details are needed.

Hello! You thought I really wanted to know? I just wanted Mr. C to put the information in the comment so I wouldn’t have to take time to look for it while reassuring myself he knew what he was talking about.

And no, it wouldn’t be different. I agree there’s way too many people who do little actual reading and just assume when they see a name they need not bother to read. And I agree that’s a contagious defect.

But, despite Allen and Tim judging my comments as always personal, I don’t do that often. It’s just they because they can’t conceive any disagreement with them being based on anything else. Therefore anyone who is not an outright villain and Trump lover could ever have a different idea. And once that is established, nothing is left except the shouting. That unfortunately is the nature of having Trump as president. Or even in existing in the world. No conversation get past Trump’s personality to get into principles.

I suppose eventually this site will cut off the offending time consuming and irritating comments altogether.

Well maybe but look how MacBeth ended up. Not an example of perspicacity in how to govern nor succeed in much of anything. Besides it was quote where he surrendered to his own failures.

Signifying nothing? I dearly wish that were the case but we’re not talking about the mayor of some city or even the governor of some odd state. The idiot telling this tale has control of the nuclear codes and so much else. I believe that it signifies that we’re screwed.

The madman in charge is indeed a problem.
But we are supposed to have measures in place to deal with such a situation.
That those safeguards have failed is what really suggests we might be screwed.

Interesting paper — conservatives have worse health and higher mortality rates than liberals do since the 2010s. The paper cites 2 possible mechanisms: people with worse health gravitated towards conservative political views and increasing distrust of medical professionals among right-leaning people.

Or maybe liberal irrationality simply screwed up conservative’s lives so badly it leads to them having a stroke? Or maybe the burden of paying for liberals who are unproductive is too hard a burden on those who like to pay their own way? Or simply the liberal’s screwing iup of rural health care with the ACA left too many rural conservatives without doctors?

Given the proliferation of anti-science and anti-vax viewpoints among those on the MAGA/MAHA side of the political spectrum, I’d suggest the distrust of medical professionals is a more likely reason than any of those you proposed. Also because most of those you posit don’t actually exist.

Besides MAGA not being the same thing as conservative, I thought you were intent being civil in response to my being sacastic until I got the last sentence and saw you couldn’t do it. The first two are matters of humor and thus forgivably escaped you. While, clearly I have never been anti science nor anti vax, the third is a reality for locals.

As far as I can tell, the general run of Progressive only support the science that some better informed compatriot has told them supports what they want to believe. Then they treat it like a religious article of faith rather than understanding. The rest is just dismissed or delibrrately misused..

HOW RAINBOWS SUCK LIGHT OUT OF THE SKY: Last week in Palencia, Spain, Alexis Kwasinski saw a beautiful double rainbow. The arcing colors, however, were not what attracted his attention. “The impressive thing was the dark band between them,” he says.

“The image shows quite accurately what I could see with my eyes,” he says. “I did no processing.”

The dark arch is called “Alexander’s dark band” after Alexander of Aphrodisias who first described the effect in 200 AD. All double rainbows are separated by such a band.

The bright primary bow (bottom) is formed by light reflected once inside raindrops. The less-bright secondary bow (top) is formed by light reflected twice inside raindrops. These reflections, single vs. double, scatter light in opposite directions. In between the two rainbows, light is simply not bent toward the observer, so it looks dark.

And that’s how rainbows can suck light out of the sky. Find more examples in the Realtime Rainbow Photo Gallery.

Russian attacks drops an apartment complex in Ukraine, killing 21, including children. Yet not a peep from our Administration, if they even bother to read the news.

CA State water board releases it’s DEI annual update. Let’s see them apply this to weed growers wanting more water. Or any crop others might disagree with.
