Patty was part of some of our family’s happiest memories. For about twenty years, until the year after my dad died in 2013, our families spent every Christmas together. There was so much laughter, music, and the kind of joyful chaos that comes with a house full of kids and happy adults and good food.

Patty and Don helped make those holidays special. There was always singing, little Christmas plays the kids would put on, and there is a very warm part of my heart for their family.

Patty had a way of enjoying it all — the silliness, the noise, the togetherness — and those memories have stayed bright over the years.

I’m grateful for those Christmases and for the warmth she brought to them. My heart goes out to Don, Tara, and Robert.

I loved working with Patty at Redway School. She was a creative problem solver with a can-do attitude and a huge smile!

I am so sorry for your loss. Patty was a kind and gentle person. She had a great sense of humor and brought light into a room. She will be missed. Sending much love to Don, Tara and Robert.
