A traffic collision involving a Toyota Tundra pickup truck was reported around 2:51 p.m. today on northbound Highway 101 near mile marker 124, just south of Elk Meadow Cabins north of Orick in Humboldt County, according to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information Page.

Initial reports indicated unknown injuries.

According to the CHP log, a Toyota Tundra with a camper ended up on its left side following the crash. The vehicle was located in the northbound lane on a blind corner, creating a potential hazard for approaching traffic.

Emergency responders requested a tow truck to recover the vehicle. J&M Towing was contacted around 3:13 p.m. to assist with the recovery.

Additional details about the cause of the crash or the condition of those involved were not immediately available.
