Yeah I’ve seen a truck load of guys float 100 yards down stream in Tomki creek after I pulled up & told them not to try crossing because it is too deep.
Next thing I knew they were yelling for help & I told them they were gonna have to swim & if they made it to shore I’d let them get warm in my truck.
It was pretty funny actually.

Narc, I don’t find your comment funny at all. May be if the roles were reversed you would not think that was funny.

I find it to be hilarious because it was a group of young men who were out “off roading”… purposely testing the abilities of their vehicle & their driving.
Risk taking at its finest. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
This is how young tough guys learn what can& cannot be done.
I’m not sorry for having an opinion [edit]

And by the way, I’ve found myself in some scary situations in my 53 years of being a crazy redneck… I always have a good laugh as long as those situations are my own fault.

I pray that the pregnant woman who is trapped in the vehicle will not be overcome by hypothermia and pass away losing both her life and that of the unborn child. I hope with all my heart the first responders will get to her in time and the other two victims. A huge thank you to the first responders for working in those freezing conditions. You are all heroes in my book.
