Rio Dell Police Chief, Greg Allen confirmed the incident and subsequent arrest during a phone interview with Redheaded Blackbelt.
Chief Allen said that Adams was booked on charges of evading a police officer, various traffic offenses, a probation warrant, and a stolen vehicle. (The stolen vehicle charge was from a previous incident, according to the RDPD Chief.)

Seems to me that he just needed to use the bathroom really bad.
Maybe now he’ll have a toilet right next to his rack. We don’t have enough traffic fatalities in a major storm cycle already? Pitch the book at him like Sandy Koufax.
Everyone knows under the bed is the best place to hide.
He was thinking outside the box spring. ?
Bro…lot of life left (not if you stay on this path) …get your shit together! You CAN do it! Just gotta wanna!!
I’m his mom and that’s what I’ve been saying
Choosing to commune with a commode says all one really needs to know about Mr. Adams. Klassy. In today’s America, he is probably fortunate not to have been shot by law enforcement.
Good job Officer Landry!
First of all David Adams is my son and he was not hiding under any bed he was not at my house second of all you know what he bleeds and breathes he has somebody’s child and somebody people love him let me tell you about a little bit about your David Adams he lost his sister when he was 9 years old in a f****** vehicle accident when her grandfather fell asleep at the wheel and his sister died at 14 years old I love my son maybe he’s not right and he’s definitely not right about leading cops on a hard f****** speed chase I know that he knows that I hope he finds God in Jesus and some help amen
He reached speeds over 100 mph Put innocent lives at risk! Absolutely no excuse for that mom.
If you keep pardoning him because he lost a loved one , maybe educate him we all have a sister on the road!
There’s no excuse for out running a cop I hope they throw the book at him
Yes he did put people’s lives at risk I’m not about that maybe educate him I got to counseling he had a life he just says tries to run it to push the pencil to the envelope
Probation didn’t do nothing for him he showed up in her office every week did she try to offer him counseling did she try to help him get a job did she try to help him find a place to live no they didn’t they didn’t do anything but let him do what he wanted he was not accountable
i know the pain, they have to do it themselves though, if they don’t, it’s sad, but guilt and remorse are different. blaming isn’t going to help.
It’s not up to probation to hold his hand. He has to want to do what is right for him and his family. I know what it’s like to loose a loved one. I know what it’s like to sit and watch a brother mourn a loss of a sister I also know Jesus is the only way through it. My son made beauty out of ashes after the loss of his sister. So it can be done. Your son and your self need to heal. If you heal and show him it can be done I bet he will follow. Start with forgiveness and repentance. Find a good Christian counselor and go from there. But stop enabling your son with excuses. It’s time he takes the blows he needs so he can heal himself. It’s hard to sit back and do but pray and pray some more.
Thank you it’s a daily process
how did he come to drive a BMW?
Don’t make excuses, tons of people experience that and don’t do dope and rob and endanger other people, he’s just a sucky person and that’s all there is to it. You aren’t any better. I lost my livelihood because your son can’t control himself. F your alligator tears.
You lost your livelihood because of my son because he can’t control himself f*** my alligator tears what did my son do to you that you have not made a report about that he’s not in jail about
How did you lose your livlihood because of my son
Did you not see the recent picture of the fiery crash from Rio Dell just a few weeks ago?
The prisons used to be full of Mothers Sons. Now they are let loose to cause more theft, rape and murder.
Jails and prisons are still full.
The California jail population has increased 180% since 1970.
The prison population has increased 225% since 1983.

Prison, by itself, does not work.
And yet you argue against the death penalty for the most violent murderers, torturers…even child killers. Then you say there is no room in prison so we must let out criminals to commit more crimes. I guess your solution is to hug them all and hope for the best? It doesn’t work that way. Your illogic is destroying our civility and our neighborhood safety…It is Misplaced Compassion
Great job tracking this offender down officer.
Wish people that run and put public safety in jeopardy had enhanced penalty’s
If you all only know…this is law enforcements failure to the family, and the offender. He was LET go by RDPD numerous times while having a felony warrant and on parole. Hold your law enforcement accountable.
I see a self centered young man. I used to be one myself
He’s a narcissist it’s all about him and he wants to blame me for the past well you know what I made my mistakes I corrected them I didn’t get where I got him for laying on my back and being on my knees I want what’s best for my son I wanted probation to step in a little bit harder like they used to be but they didn’t I feel like they slipped through the cracks but yes it is his fault he’s an adult I’ve done the best I could
I’m sorry publicly
He is one of too many of our young like these nowadays. Parents everywhere are struggling with uncontrollable kids that lack real life skills. It’s a very scary place to be as a parent. He has to want the help to be a contibuting citizen of society. I agree probabtion can often help but it’s a partnership.
Maybe you have probation and parole mixed up?
There’s a big difference.
I would just like to say I’m sorry to the city of Rio del the community of Rio del and a specially my neighbors around webb ln

Truly amazing real life super hero, great job officer Landrey !!
Officer Landry LET HIM GO the week before. This is outrageous. She is lucky no one got hurt in all of this . Hold your law enforcement accountable
