Tyler Burrow Arrested After Oregon Hunters Locate Fugitive’s Encampment

The Help Find Bailey Blunt Facebook page is reporting that Tyler Burrow has been located in Jackson County, Oregon on November 14, 2023.
Tyler Burrow, the ex-boyfriend of the missing woman Bailey Blunt, was reported missing a few days after Blunt disappeared. Blunt had been reported missing after visiting a property on Berg Road off Hwy 299 on September 22 to collect her belongings, following their separation about a month earlier.
On October 31, an arrest warrant for Burrow was issued by the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office for assault with a deadly weapon, a charge that the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office said was unrelated to Blunt’s disappearance.
It was believed that Burrow was on the run in Bailey’s green Dodge Ram pickup with her dog Hank. License plate readers spotted the pickup in Redding in the early morning hours of September 24, and again later that day in Central Point, Oregon.
Humboldt County Sheriff’s detectives have been coordinating a multi-state investigation to locate the missing man wanted for questioning in connection with Bailey’s disappearance.

Steffany Baroni, Bailey’s sister, told Redheaded Blackbelt that she had received a tip from a local hunter that had come across an established encampment in the woods near Trail, Oregon, north of Central Point where Bailey’s Dodge pickup was spotted on September 24.
Using a pin drop on a map, the hunter shared the location of the encampment with Baroni who contacted the Jackson County investigator searching for Bailey. They had Burrow in custody within hours of Baroni sharing the location with them.

According to Baroni, when law enforcement found Burrow, he was in possession of Bailey’s dog, Hank, and her Dodge pickup, though it had been spray-painted black. Bailey was not located, dashing any hope the family had that Burrow may have been holding her against her will.
In light of this recent development, the planned search for Bailey has been called off. Baroni said the family is now hopeful investigators will be able to get Burrow to give up the location of her sister’s remains, convinced that her sister’s ex-boyfriend killed Bailey before fleeing the area.
Redheaded Blackbelt has reached out to the involved law enforcement agencies and will update when additional information is available.

At least he is in custody…Unfortunately, I believe this will be a long journey for justice for all those affected. Both these young people seem a little wild.
Seems like there’s a long rap sheet for the missing young woman…including a DV restraining order that was placed on her by Miss Baroni, car thefts, controlled substance use, assault with a deapdly weapon, possession of weapons….
I’m not saying people can’t change, and if she is gone like we all think it’s a super sad tragedy.
I’m just saying it seems like we are missing many details.
He had a load of firewood in that pickup when it was first spotted, Bailey is probably somewhere other than at the property off of 299…
I’m glad he has been located and arrested, and hopefully Bailey will also be located now.
Considering the load of firewood he was seen with, and that it may have been covering Bailey Blunt’s body, if there is any way to check a record of smallish satellite heat signatures that would equate to burning a truckload of firewood in the area of his encampment, or in the general vicinity, or along his route, that might provide a clue, IF he lit it…
Just a thought…

Well…if we had a death penalty it could be bargained down to life imprisonment in exchange for her location. Let’s see what happens- so glad that these folks found him and arrested him.
Ideally he will divulge her fate and whereabouts and then be sentenced to a very long prison term.
More than likely- since we have no death penalty- he will bargain down to a much shorter sentence to reveal where he disposed of her body. Like that Eureka guy who killed the girl and drowned her dog in the toilet. Watch him bargain down to 30 years, serve 20 and he will be back amongst us, walking free. That is unfortunately our CA “justice” system so enjoy it or demand change….If we had capital punishment he would probably reveal the location in exchange for life imprisonment. no chance of parole

Unfortunately, Tyler Burrow is locked up on a charge unrelated to Bailey Blunt’s disappearance, to the best of my knowledge…
Hopefully, that will change.

And Tyler burrow is my friend and he has better morals then most people I’ve met he is a good person with a good heart .and he deserves to be treated as innocent untill proven guilty not the other way around.

He should be considered innocent until proven guilty in court. But in the public, lots of people are going to assume the worst when his ex girlfriend was last known to have gone to his rural house to retrieve her property, sent a message to friends that he was drunk and waving a gun around, and then he fled the state in her truck with her dog and was hiding out in a fugitive camp in the woods.
I’d love to hear the morally superior motivation for that behavior. Also, where’s Ms Blunt?
It’s the other way around. Unless you are wealthy–you are guilty until proven innocent. Also, you’re in denial. I had a “friend” murder his girlfriend in 2001. He did 18 years in prison and is out now. Maybe you knew him, but you can never truly know what someone will do.

For anybody who doesn’t know Tyler maybe you should check his Facebook cause you’d see that he’s had Hank since the day hank was born which is years before he met Bailey. And as for the whole missing persons report on Bailey, Tyler doesn’t have connections in Oregon but Bailey does. Bailey and Tyler most likely left together considering days before they “disappeared” Bailey herself told me that’s where she wanted to move to and her hopes for a better relationship moving forward with Tyler. Tyler wasn’t her ex, they were very much together despite a complicated affair with Jordan Morrison. Domestic? Well if you consider hitting Tyler across the face with a massive lock attached to a chain and then robbing him of everything he had with your side dude domestic yeah. Or repeatedly hitting him in the head with brass knuckles domestic yeah. Since your all informed enough to pass judgement on something you must know so much about then you should also account for baileys prison term and history of aggression. But none the less, she wanted to work things out and so did he. So if he got in trouble, them leaving together considering the trouble Tyler was about to get into in trinity county makes perfect sense. Go to Oregon where Bailey had friends. Just because she didn’t get caught up and he did doesn’t mean shit.

Yes to Bailey’s family and friends ur welcome on finding Tyler and telling them his location and giving them evidence of Bailey’s that Tyler had given me. Ur welcome that for tony bicknell and Krista jermain reported him and stayed in contact with Tyler so they could catch him. We now we would want someone to steep up if they had any information if it was one of our kids.
He has had a long time addiction to meth as a matter of fact it runs in his family. Kid never had a chance and when you get involved in a codependent relationship with another addict the outcome is almost always some sort of domestic violence. Prayers for everyone involved.
