In case anyone wants to hear how Remdesivir is doing here’s an article from Texas

North Texas Coronavirus Patient Goes Home From Hospital 4 Days After Remdesivir Treatment
https://dfw.cbslocal.com/2020/05/07/texas-coronavirus-patient-hospital-remdesivir-treatment/

We have a trial going on here at St Joe’s but we must be under some sort of a media blackout so we’ll have to watch nationally to hear how it’s going.

That’s what I find frustrating about the way they report hospitalizations. If they added “current ” hospitalizations to the list it would give people an idea of how busy our hospitals are. That was the theory behind shutting everything down. Keep our hospitals from being overwhelmed. If this goes on for a year total hospitalizations will have no meaning at all.

Katie Miller yesterday. Note Katie is the only person without a mask. Katie is a spokes person for Pence and wife of Stephen Miller. Katie is today’s famous CV19 infection as CV19 enters the WH.

🕯🌳It’s only good after you have it,right? And then it’s still a shot in the dark, but it is a shot in the right direction. Now they need to find that damn immunity gene. Its been real illusive. Children under 10yrs of age don’t seem to catch get and that has them scratching their heads.🇺🇸🇺🇸🌧🇺🇸 Already brought up about Katie Miller on another article. 👁👁👁 On this blog.

The primary purpose of the mask is to protect other people from you in the event you are infected. Problemic aspects of CV19 include: (1) Many infected never have symptoms and (2) One can be infected later to show signs or even die but during the initial days or week of infection have no clue you are infected. In both cases one is passing virus out of your mouth into the environment. The mask partially blocks virus transmission as aerosol.

Once one being infected with CV19 and recovered or experienced little or no symptoms, one will have antibodies against future CV19 infection. Scientists have knowledge gaps about specifics still and no vaccine.

🕯🌳But if your not wearing a mask and you talk or cough then you spread some kind spitial, and can attach to surfaces and can remain active for days depending on the surface. 🖖🐸🌍

More infections among those under 65 is good. Build herd immunity.

There is no such thing as herd immunity from corona virus or we would never get the “common cold” more than once. Misinformation is worse than no information

🕯🌳Misinformation comes from many sources. You can’t pick up one article as it’s the total truth. 🌍🐸🖖

You cannot catch the same cold twice. If you get a cold a little while after having gotten over one, either you didn’t really get over the first cold, or you have encountered a new strain of cold–a different virus. This is why young parents and first-year kindergarten teachers get sick a lot; by the time they’ve been at it for a decade or so, they’ve had most of the colds and get them less often. Since new colds develop, they can pick those up. But nowhere near as often as when all is new to their immune systems.
It’s pretty well agreed that some degree of immunity is “probably” conferred by having COVID-19. How strong it is or how long it lasts is the part that’s unknown. But i would rather have that than nothing!

So we will all be ordered to wear masks indefinitely because someone might be infected and because people might die. Yep, this is going nowhere. Thought of just putting duck tape over my mouth while in public….
