traffic accidentA traffic collision was reported around 9:10 a.m. along Highway 101 at mile marker 58.6 north of Willits in northern Mendocino County, when a vehicle left the roadway and went into a creek, according to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information Page.

UPDATE 9:52 a.m.: The CHP, State Parks, and MCSO have located the driver walking on the road 1/4 mi. south of accident scene. The person is reported to be uninjured.
