It’s so nice to walk the Airport in the early AM in Summer!
I hope Kimaw is safe and the fire is extinguished quickly!
Stay safe folks!
Let’s be clear, please. Airstrip. Airports have towers, maybe terminals. Airstrip.
It’s not that kinda airport.
Just nice out there with the forest all around…
It could be easily used for an airport, if you wanted…
Picture a drag racing straight away with the wind sock and there you go.
That’s why it’s an airstrip.
Heading towards the river is good news.
It’s all grass so should not be able to jump across the river.
We never worry about fires in Hoopa because the HWF puts them out. Not like Calfire.
As a Willow Creekian, I concur.
