This program works, I applied in August and they paid my past due balance in October, it only takes a few minutes of your time to look up and fill out the application, I posted on the Weott Watch Facebook book page, I helped a neighbor fill out the form. People apply it is an honest program, if your bashful don’t be it will help the WCSD financially.
Thank you. Neighbors’ recommendations are the best to make people feel comfortable!
Wow, can I get refund for sucking it up and actually paying my bill each and every month?
I hear that. It is pretty annoying. But at least the water company gets some dough. It would appear that the mismanagement has been an ongoing issue.
