Feather Alert Activated for Missing Woman Last Seen in Ukiah

The California Highway Patrol has activated a Feather Alert for a 31-year-old Native American woman who has been missing from Ukiah since June.

According to the alert, Viktoria Ladd, also known as Viktoria Burton-Brown, was last seen at approximately 9 p.m. on June 10 in Ukiah. The Feather Alert was activated by CHP on behalf of the Ukiah Police Department after CHP was notified on July 15.

Ladd is an enrolled member of the Washoe Tribe. The CHP alert describes her as 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a multicolored dress and is believed to be on foot.

Information circulated by those seeking Ladd says she has ties to Lake County and Point Reyes and may also be in the Cloverdale area.
