The Shasta-Trinity National Forest is seeking local community members to fill 15-seat Resource Advisory Committees (RAC) for Trinity and Shasta counties.

Members serve voluntary four-year terms, meeting once a month or less to review federal land management projects and vote on local recreation fee proposals.

How to Apply:

  • Eligibility: Must be a California resident (preference given to Trinity and Shasta county residents) affiliated with a required category.

  • Deadline: Applications are due by Friday, July 31, 2026.
