Good advice.
I haven’t watched the video yet, but the advice is right.

Same thing goes for sea lions pups. That’s something they stress on the coast. I was with a friend in Orick where we found a pup and found the proper people who knew what was needed.

I have a friend near Palm Springs who volunteers to catch and spay feral cats, etc. I bet she is busy this time of year…
