Sure let’s celebrate the 5th of May on May 2nd! Makes perfect sense. I’ve seen other idiots celebrate Fat Tuesday on a Saturday so why not just change everything to whenever it fits our schedule? 4th of July on July 3rd? Sure!

Oh the political convenience of writing the words “Indigenous migrant Latin communities” with a straight face. Might as well say “people who moved from their ancestors’ lands, into another’s lands, identified only as a community through by having already adopted the same non-indigenous language.”
