Mattole Grange Hosting a ‘Down-Home Pancake Breakfast’ April 19th

Buck Miner Pancake Breakfast Crew

On Sunday morning, April 19th, the Mattole Grange is hosting a down-home Pancake Breakfast, 8 to 11AM at the historic 90 year old Mattole Grange Hall located next to A. W. Way Park on the Mattole Road between Honeydew and Petrolia. All the pancakes you can eat, made from scratch using Mattole grown organic Hindley wheat or Gluten-Free or Krusteaz option, eggs cooked any way you like. Choice of bacon or sausage, coffee, milk, and organic orange juice. Adults $15, kids 6 – 12  $5, under 6 free. No doubt it’s a good fundraiser and community gathering.
Question is whether they will accommodate allergies by offering gluten and dairy/milk free pancakes. I mean, if Betty Crocker can do it, maybe the Grange could too! :)’

Yes, it’s mentioned in the notice. Dairy-free pancakes not likely. Though I suppose if you asked them nicely and procured your own almond or oat milk they might make you a batch.

You can skip the pancakes and go with eggs and bacon, etc. It’s nice country and people.
