Discover Humboldt: Trillium Falls Hike — Bald Hills Road & Redwood Creek Overlook Near Orick, CA
Dock’s latest Discover Humboldt episode gives viewers a look at the “Trillium Falls Hike” Dock writes:
After a long work week I headed north to Orick, California to explore one of the most peaceful hikes in Redwood National Park — the trail to Trillium Falls. Before hiking the falls, I drive up Bald Hills Road to check out the incredible overlook above Redwood Creek, with views stretching all the way toward the Pacific Ocean. Along the way we explore: • Scenic drive on Bald Hills Road • Redwood Creek overlook views • Old-growth redwood forest • The Trillium Falls hiking trail • Wildlife habitat near Orick, California • Quiet hidden spots in Redwood National Park This is one of my favorite places in Humboldt County to relax and unwind after a long work week.
