does anyone know what is car looked like an hr before the reported time me and my girlfriend were out walking and car circled the block slowly 3 times
Check out his Facebook page…type in his name (or Major Tool!) Lock him up & get his sorry ass off the street!
He is a long time criminal and sex offender. When will anything take him off the streets?
IMHO:
Doesn’t look like this is his ‘First Rodeo’.

Ryan Landowski is extremely violent, a child predator, threw his ” girlfriend” through two different windows while living near my house, is someone most LEOs are actually terrified of and has been let out of prison over and over. The story I was told by HCSO deputies when I kept calling in about the crimes he was committing is that his daddy is a rich doctor with a lot of connections, so he keeps being let out. It’s time to lock him and his disgraceful dad up permanently.
Meanwhile LE has time and energy to harass innocent people.
I mean I think this has more to do with the courts and California correctional system then local LE.
Who was harassed that has committed no crime?
WOW he is lucky he has not received a little mountain justice with a track record like that.
Kidnapping is a serious charge (or at least it used to be). I would like the DA to charge “frequent flyers” aggressively and ask for maximum sentences. I’d like judges to sentence repeat offenders to maximum sentences every single time. Coddling criminals does not change them. Incarceration may not change them either, but while they’re locked up it’s much harder for them to victimize innocent people.
His original sex offense over 20 odd years ago involved him and his cousin kidnapping a mentally handicapped girl and raping her multiple times in a van. Because they were minors they got less serious sentences than They could have. Fast forward to where we are now and see how that worked out.
Maybe the 3 strikes law could be used. He’s got far more than 3 violent felonies.
Where was this that he did that to.
I don’t think they can vote for Newsom in prison so he lets them out.
Keep him away for a long time!
