There have been a few accidents near that location lately. I was not there at the time of the accident so I am not sure what could have caused it. I sure hope the lady involved that went to St. Joseph’s Hospital will make a complete recovery from her injuries. Glad the cat is safe.
The straight stretch in weott is another notorious spot.
You are spot on with that comment.
I will take a guess at excessive speed. Usually what causes rollovers.
I don’t like to guess but would rather wait for the accident report from the CHP. But you are correct in stating speed does cause rollovers.
I hope the lady is gonna be ok.
I hope she is able to either have someone go get her cat or she can go get it after she is out of the hospital.
Is there any updates on how she is doing & who she is?
Meyers Flat can be pretty scary.
Just about all of old Highway 101 can be hair raising. Seems that tourist season is the worst. I sure don’t like meeting those big motorhomes on tight corners, pucker up time.
“significant damage to all four wheels” ? How about this isn’t going to buff out? Hope the lady is ok.
Used to live in Miranda and commute South every morning for work around 8:00am. Was always amazed how recklessly people would drive around that area. Slow down folks there are no extra lives in this game.
