Another beautiful day! And peace in Iran- who could wish for more? Now the people of Iran can once again demonstrate safely in the streets without getting bombed by American missiles. And we will eventually see gas prices drop and everything shall be wonderful once again! Thank You President Trump!!
“You just signed the table cloth dummy, sign here”
Ah yes, thanking the arsonist for setting fire to your car and then pissing on the ashes and announcing it’s out. Good job!
Thanks! That’s a good one! LOL
Oops- meant that for Allen’s picture. It’s actually funny!! Your comment is just cliche’ boring whine…
Farce: “ Your comment is just cliche’ boring whine…”
Let me quote you again:
”…Just remember to attack anybody who doesn’t agree with you. Attack, demean and denigrate”
I looked up “Farce” in the dictionary and was redirected:
“hypocrisy
noun
A feigning to be what one is not or to believe what one does not; behavior that contradicts what one claims to believe or feel.”
Merriam Webster
It’s hard to tell whether you’re being serious or sarcastic.
We should thank Trump for finally crying Uncle on an unnecessary, ill-advised war of choice?
And people in Iran can demonstrate safely without the US bombing them?
Couldn’t we just not have bombed them in the first place?
Besides, since Iran’s previous despotic regime has now, thanks to Trump, been replaced by an even more hardline regime with even more evidence to show its people that they are the only ones who can save the Iranian people from The Great Satan, do you really think anyone in Iran with an iota of self-preservation is going to dare set foot on the street with a protest sign?
It’s quite unlike you– someone who consistently takes a hardline approach to crime,
to do a 180 and thank someone for taking a break from his crime spree.
Not a hardline approach. Just a serious adjustment to our justice system regarding consequences for violent crimes. I’m actually quite soft compared to the Iranians and other Muslim fundamentalists. But you really shouldn’t let yourself get entranced by my magnetic online personality. Just like getting entranced and distracted by Trump’s personality. That just clouds a reasonable assessment of the facts. This war is not over. This war is not “optional” or “by choice”. This war is inevitable and will return. Yet Trump did exactly what y’all wanted him to do and you’re still unhappy and whining away.[edit]
Yup- people hate to hear the inconvenient truth. Put fingers in both ears and make grumpy face!
“It’s quite unlike you– someone who consistently takes a hardline approach to crime, to do a 180 and thank someone for taking a break from his crime spree.”
Not really. Farce doesn’t care about rape or child molestation if it’s his preferred political candidate doing the raping or molesting.
Oh yeah- I’m totally down with rape and child molestation. How did you know?! It must be that you are very very intelligent. You are so smart that you figured me out! And you tell me exactly what I am!! Wow- you are special. And such a moral person to throw around such accusations. You are something else I tell ya. Cannot fathom a bit of sarcasm because you are so full of hate you can only seek darkness, then twist it and pretend it is light…Just remember to attack anybody who doesn’t agree with you. Attack, demean and denigrate. That is the Way of the Peaceful Warrior LOL
“Attack, demean and denigrate”
You must be talking about Trump. That’s the type of thing he does 24/7
Call 988 if you need help.
The fear of long words is called hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia(sometimes also referred to as sesquipedalophobia or sesquipedalian phobia). Ironically, this name is one of the longest words in the dictionary
After finally seeing the Strong and Powerful MOU, we now know that rather than unconditional surrender….
Iran gets sanctions relief.
Iran gets the release of frozen funds.
Iran gets the ability to export oil.
Iran gets a $300 billion reconstruction fund.
Iran gets to keep its missiles and drones.
The U.S. gets a ‘promise’ that Iran won’t develop a nuke.
Oh please, Mr. President, too much WINNING, please stop.
Looks like Iran read The Art of the Deal.
Senator Kennedy (R La) has a great take on the MOU.
“Anyone who thinks this is a good deal must have been home schooled by a day drinker.”
Well it is a good deal, for the Iranians.
Thursday June 18,2026 We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty- Maya Angelou.
Would it be allegory…or just the usual Trump hubris and failure?

Trump is presiding over a congressional Medal of Honor awards ceremony. The first words out of his mouth were, “the stock market just hit an all-time high, (it didn’t), your 401ks are an all-time high and oil is dropping like a rock. Aside from that it’s just another day in Paradise.”
Always a class act, the man knows just what to say in any situation. I’m sure that’s a great comfort to the hero who just received a posthumous award. He must be ‘looking down from heaven’ with a big grin on his face.
He then told the audience that he had wanted to give the medal to himself but was told he couldn’t. So he went on to announce the names of the recipients…
“Here we are you understand that today we present this award to Marine Corps Major James Capers, Marine Corps Colonel John W Ripley-deceased, …”
He spoke the name of the posthumous recipient as if deceased was part of his last name.
After reading the award citation, he told Colonel Ripley’s surviving relatives that they had “extremely good genetics”.
When awarding the final medal, the short fingered vulgarian couldn’t work the clasp, so he tied the ribbon in a knot and left the poor guy wearing it as a chocker.
So, just another day in Paradise.
The Obama Presidential Center with it’s classic Klingon architecture opened today.
“The Obama Foundation, which has paid for the new center with private donations, said that 250 people would work at the museum, and one million people were expected to visit the campus each year.”
…”The museum is not just a reminder of Mr. Obama’s presidency, said Rahm Emanuel, a former chief of staff in Mr. Obama’s White House and former Chicago mayor who helped bring the museum here.
“For the city as a whole, it’s a billion-dollar infusion of an investment that pays dividends way beyond the billion dollars, specifically on the South Side,” Mr. Emanuel said. “This is generational.” https://www.nytimes.com/2026/06/18/us/obama-presidential-center-chicago.html
That’s great! I’m hoping the contractors will get paid. Heard they were getting stiffed? When are you going to vacation and visit Chicago and the Obama Presidential Center?
Also Kym, do you plan to continue to allow someone to make (death) threats toward my fake name on your website? (Want to get on record – you know screenshots – just in case!)
Can you point to a death threat? I’m just now checking the comments so anything in the last five hours hasn’t been checked. But I sometimes just miss stuff.
The contractors have nothing to worry about. They’re not working for trump.
Hey I watched a contractor (African American) say they got stiffed and are filling for bankruptcy. Is that true Bill?
You’re the one making the claim.
Shouldn’t you be the one backing it up?
I watched the guys mouth move on Fox News – Jebs. I bet you have the technology to watch it.
Shouldn’t be any problem at all. Every few minutes they cut from the blond bimbos to show a guy flapping his lips.
“I watched the guys mouth move on Fox News”
…that’s how you get your information? Explains a lot.
Most trades people, including my Uncle Jimmy, in the New York / New Jersey area will be more than happy to tell you the stories of how the Trumps, both Fred and Donald, refused to pay up. Uncle Jimmy chased after Donald for almost 3 years to get him to pay up. Uncle Jimmy gave up because the would lawyer bills would have been more than what Donald owed him.
The Obama Foundation asserts it has no outstanding debts to the prime construction manager (Lakeside Alliance). They maintain that Lakeside is responsible for managing and paying the subcontractors.
“In a statement, Lakeside Alliance said such problems are common on large projects and it remains committed to making trade contractors whole.
“The Obama Presidential Center involved multiple structures, thousands of design documents, and hundreds of trade partners and community businesses. As with many major construction projects, contractual closeout—including the review and resolution of outstanding invoices, change orders, and other project matters—continues long after the doors open,” the statement reads.” https://www.facebook.com/mfvfd/posts/pfbid02brPh5emiqsEismv3ZNFE8h27Wb1FTRBkdiADNnfTk4tvG9i86xMNM9yxHt5bebb1
I think it’s pretty cool that this is being dedicated as a community center and an extension of the public library system, and not just a monument to himself.
I also like that the center honors so many other people who have contributed to the betterment of human kind by choosing place names such as The Maya Angelou West Dining Terrace, The Rosa Parks Courtyard Lounge, The Thurgood Marshal l Courtyard, and the Rachel Carson Reading Garden.
The amount of open space included in the project is pretty cool too, as are the 507 solar panels and the use of geothermal heating and cooling.
And it was good to see the event attended by all three other living former Presidents.
It’s said Trumps presidential library will be stocked with Golf and MMA magazines and books with pictures, reflecting his reading habits.
The walls will be covered with pictures of his booking photo he is so proud of.
