I think it might be helpful to have the correct phone number for the Sheriff in large print here. Some folks may be confused and get frustrated and give up trying to call in information.
Runaway? Kidnapped? Something else?
runaway basically + avoiding family attempts to help. Comes from good homes with parents trying to do the right thing. Very few resources in Humboldt County dealing with 21st century post COVID teenage angst.
Has he been in contact with friends? He has to be staying somewhere. That’s the first place I would be checking and making sure they know it’s important to let someone know they have seen him or talked to him.
And push law enforcement to go ask around. Cause if you don’t they won’t. I know cause I have been through this.
You gotta learn the story before you start just saying shit my mom kicked me out and then she couldn’t get in contact with me and got all mad then reported me as missing ?? get outta here everybody taking her side wait till she gets charges

I just hope Otto is found very soon and will be ok. Too many bad things happen to young kids that run away from home. Please watch for Otto folks and call the Sheriff’s Department or other law enforcement and tell them where you saw him. Keep him in sight if you can under the law arrives.
Learn a story before you comment on something like this she kicked me out n I was staying at a friends house and she was mad cause she couldn’t contact me but now she gets her custody of me taken so yall just wait ?
