[UPDATE] Multiple Vehicle Crash Backing up Traffic on 101, Toddler Injured
Though the roadway has started to open up, southbound 101 traffic is a mess near Fernbridge after a truck hauling more than one trailer crashed and the resulting traffic backup caused other vehicles to collide.
One two-year-old reportedly has a head injury, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page. An ambulance was requested.
Caltrans QuickMap shows that southbound traffic is backed up past the Loleta Drive exit as of 5:25 p.m.

And probably speed – anyone paying for gas driving over the speed limit is just a dum bass …
Reckless driving
I passed this truck right at the Loleta overpass on the way home from work. It was a flatbed carrying a wrecked truck/trailer that looked like it had been in a field or barn for the last 20 years. I’m glad I made it by before this happened! Hope everyone is ok.

Praying the little toddler is going to be fine. My heart breaks when the wee ones are injured. Looking at the accident it could have been worse.
