Law Enforcement Convoy West of Redway This Morning
This morning, about 7:30 a.m., locals spotted about 10 vehicles in a convoy headed out Elk Ridge Road which is west of Redway and north of Briceland in Southern Humboldt.
According to one report, the convoy consisted of around “5 or 6 Humboldt county Sheriff vehicles and various unmarked vehicles” none of which were marked Department of Fish and Wildlife or the Department of Cannabis Control–the latter two agencies are usually involved in serving a cannabis-related search warrant.
We’ve reached out to the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Department and requested more information on the situation.
