Four-Vehicle Collision at Harrison and Buhne

traffic accidentA four-vehicle collision at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Buhne Street was reported around 2 p.m. on February 9. Although no injuries were reported, the collision is causing traffic issues in the area.

The Eureka Police Department and California Highway Patrol are on scene. A white, Toyota Tacoma and Honda Civic are reported to have both front and rear-end damage. The two other vehicles involved were not described.

Dispatch requested Humboldt Bay Fire Department respond to the scene for clean-up of leaking fluid from two of the vehicles. Please avoid the area to allow emergency crews to clear the area.

Yeah, a professional stunt coordinator would have a hard time with that one. Another attraction for the movie industry. Funny to go to a weird, exploitation movie and think: BFD, been that, done there, got the t-shirt, ball cap and key fob. Yawn.

Who would love Eureka? Overran by tweakers, everyone has busted car windows, property damage/theft 10 times the national average,….. TONS of sex offenders, lots of losers, lots of fetenol heads. Gross!

They need to change the name from Buhne to “Crash Street” and Harrison to “Feeling Lucky.”
