I watched a Frontline documentary on what led up to the 9/11 attack. It was interesting because Frontline is lauded to be a most respected reporting news program awarded notability for their accuracy in the researching of truths with evidence to back up all of their reporting. Bottom-line is (we) our Government has always had a hand in encouraging attacks to our Country. Part of the report started with why the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, how we got into the Korean Conflict and of course Vietnam, which was a part of my military experience and has been with me ever since and a number of worldwide conflicts since. When I go to the SFVAMC for medical help and I see the young men (I’m sure there are many women although I don’t see as many) in wheel chairs without arms and legs, missing eyes and carrying burns struggling to exist I am harkened to the Frontline reporting and I wonder how much of ALL of this did we brought on ourselves. And now I see a war I never thought I would see. The war amongst ourselves. As I enter my twilight years I am ever so saddened to live day to day in a country that has been reduced lives chasing the almighty dollar and the ME generation. Is it too late to turn this around?

IDK It seems that following the history of anything is not the same as knowing what caused it. There will always be an arbitary point to start looking for blame that is conveniently chosen to “prove” something. The Soviet Union invasion of Afghanistan created the Taliban and Al Qaeda. Who then took their ideas of a Christian/Jewish cabal to eliminate Islam international. And why did the Soviet Union invade Afghanistan? Because the monacharcist Afghanistan goverment had been overthrown by a cousin of the last king who wouldn’t be controlled by the self appointed arbiters of socialism- the USSR- and whose attempt to form a republic was opposed by religious elements of the Afghan population looking to return to an Islamic king. (And yes the US was diddling in those things too) And where did… Well you can see where this is going. There is no arbitrarily chosen starting point in history. Every comes from the previous thing even if the details are not written down because writing didn’t exist. Not being aware of that leads to accusations based personal experience. Which misses almost all of the picture.
Virtually all peole are “a violent people.” The limiting factor is the reach of the arm and the distance between. And the more mobile the arm, the better the chance is it will find something with in it’s reach sooner or later. With exploding populations getting ever closer together and the ability to travel great distances, violence is inevitable. It is in our very genes. It was in the genes of almost all creation above the level a virus. The silver lining (if you choose to look at it that way) of seeing maimed people in VA centers is because so many people whose injuries would have ended their lives 60 years ago are saved by improvements in medicine and not because there is more violence.
There is no silver lining. Regardless of whether we agree with serving/enlisting, more vets die by suicide than in all combat combined. Medicine doesn’t fix that.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Friday morning a student at Chipman Junior High School was arrested for bringing 150 fentanyl pills disguised as Percocet to school causing a school supervisor to overdose, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
Around 9:05 a.m., officers with BPD responded to reports of a student in possession of fentanyl on campus as well as an exposure overdose of a campus supervisor.
A Kern High School police officer arrived on scene and administered Narcan to the supervisor who was then transferred to the hospital for treatment, according to BPD. The supervisor is currently in stable condition, according to BPD.
The student was originally being searched for being involved in an unrelated altercation with another student, according to BPD. The campus supervisor at Chipman Jr. High somehow came in contact with the pills while opening and checking the student’s bag, Robert Pair with BPD told 17 News.
The supervisor did not ingest the pills, according to police. Pair said the pills are an “inhalation hazard”.

Not anywhere near enough to justify taking most actions that would have changed the result. Anything- anything- would have had objections. Concrete objections to a nonspecific threat. Hijackings were almost routine in the 1970s and 1980s. None ended up flying into building on purpose. Ever hear of Clinton’s “peace dividend” at the end of the Gulf War and after the collapse of the USSR? That meant drastically cutting intelligence operations. Heard of islamophobia? Even knowing what had happened less than ten years prior, that word came out Obama’s mouth on a regular basis. Remember Benghazi ? Think the rush to reeducate Americans on the now Religion of Peace of Islam or for that matter cries of racism or xenophobia when discussing any foreign enhanced threat has no effect? For all the blaming, this goes on even knowing the history of 9/11. Why should you think that people without this information should act on threats that you with it reject?

That’s a problem with hindsight with the goal of blaming. It’s like cutting trees back to keep a house safe. You start at a few trees next to the house but find that, once they are gone, there’s another set of trees right behind them. And at some point you have to stop because, while you are cutting, trees have gotten taller behind you and the ones you left behind are now a threat.
Among the records released by British authorities was a notepad. As first reported by CBS News in August 2021, the FBI twice quizzed an American pilot in 2012 about the significance of the hand-drawn plane and mathematical equation.
According to a sworn declaration for the court, the pilot said it might be used to view a target and then calculate the rate of descent to the target. “I shared with the FBI my opinion that there was a reasonable basis to believe that the drawing and equation were used as part of the preparations of the al Qaeda terrorists to carry out the 9/11 attacks,” Navy veteran and pilot Robert M. Brown said.
In another video that is believed to be from before 9/11, Bayoumi is seen warmly greeting and embracing the American Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who also supported the hijackers in San Diego and then in Virginia in the months before the 9/11 attack.

It is alleged Albayoumi helped 9/11 hijackers Nawaf Al-Hazmi and Khalid Al-Mihdhar, who were the first to arrive in the U.S. when they landed in Los Angeles in January 2000. That Southern California terror cell was exposed years later in an FBI report titled “PENTBOMB.”

I saw the Twin Towers in person in1981.
I was on a family trip and was in Reno, after a few days at Lassen National Park. That day we went to Yosemite and was ask to leave, as the park was being evacuated.
KQED TV once had a series called connections, for those old enough to remember it, that’s why people bring up other things.
Because things are connected.
911 is connected to the Middle East. The US election at that time, and for some, how those buildings actually came down, etc.

I witnessed the second plane fly into the second tower, live on television…
We were alerted to the emergency, by The Emergency Broadcast System, over the radio that my son was listening to…
We switched on the television… Live coverage…
I distinctly recall the planes slow speed and trajectory, and how it made an abrupt course adjustment, in the last few seconds, before impact.
I clearly remember watching, as the wing flaps fully extended, as if landing and slowing, hydraulics fully and clearly visible, to move the plane, abruptly, to the right I believe, and again to the left, straighten it back out, as a final course correction, but not an overall directional correction, just before impact.
It’s “heading” did not change, it was a sudden, sideways shits, a slight “path” adjustment, is all.
This struck me as very unusual behavior for a pilot, but it would be normal for a plane on autopilot.
It was not a smooth, gradual course correction, that an actual pilot would make.
They were two very, clumsy, mechanical moves, one way and then the other, and appeared to be generated by an auto pilot system.
The heading, aside from the trajectory adjustments, remained exactly the same.
An actual pilot would have made small smooth gradual adjustments, all the way in…
And what I witnessed, live that day, was very different, compared to the subsequent obviously altered portrayals, (high speed straight in impacts into the second tower, that lacked the obvious flap adjustments, and the accompanying movement of the plane at the very last moment.), has never been broadcast, nor to be seen, ever again.
Only the altered, bogus depictions have been shown since.
And that’s a fact.
It proves that the truth is not being told.
It was broadcast, live, over a major news network, don’t tell me there isn’t a copy of it somewhere.
Every other different view, has just been a fraudulent fabrication.
I am a witness to it.

As the news broke that day, at some point after the first Tower had been struck, that United Airlines Flight 93 had plummeted into the Earth, I knew instantly, that their was heroism involved, and I say that with truth, and my UTMOST RESPECT.
BUT, little did I know, at the time, that one of those BRAVE HEROES, was actually from VERY CLOSE TO HOME…

Every year I feel the need to watch the most horrific documentaries about 9/11 just so I can relive the feelings I felt that day and not forget what took place. I try to watch the actual live news footage, but it seems like even those shows are getting hard to find. I feel like Americans are forgetting about this day and history will repeat itself because of that.

The twin towers were targeted because of their symbolism of world reach and American pride. This was not the first attack on the towers. The police officers and firemen were all hero’s. but to call the victims of the attack sacrificial or heroic is incorrect. They were murdered, and had no option to choose heroism ,unlike the public servants.

My comment will be removed and like my comments on the “suicide” article will likely appear back at 1-3 AM making it seem like I enjoy commenting on Kym’s articles the way Donald Trump likes tweeting – in the wee hours of the morning when normal people are asleep. So, every year that I’m up for it and not crying on 9-11 I record a video about it or mention it or something on my channel and it’s usually posted on 9-12 because for much of the day I am talking to friends and family who lost loved ones on 9-11. So, today I pulled this out of my channel history and will be talking about it but I thought you should see it. Because it’s beyond shocking. In 2016 I wanted to call Trump a liar so I started watching videos of him talking and found this. It blew my mind and also made me quite able to tell by his eyes and voice tone when he was or wasn’t lying during his whole presidency. I do not know what happened between interview #1 and #2, but I am sure something did. I think even 99% of Trump supporters have not seen this because I have told a few and they had no clue of this. Also, I am uncertain if Trump himself is aware anyone can find both interviews on YouTube in seconds. If I’d said those two conflicting things then ran for office I’d either address it or try to bury it and he did neither. Recently I heard Trump supported and promoted a candidate running against Dick Cheney’s daughter and Trump’s candidate won, and a few days ago he was quoted saying Karl Rove was a pervert who “paid for political adds,” consider that. If anyone’s unaware, I grew up in New Jersey with a beautiful view of the twin towers from my bedroom window. I went to see a controlled demolition with a bunch of locals and tourists just before 9-11. When I saw the twin towers falling I felt like I was watching a movie and was in disbelief when people immediately blamed it on the planes. What Trump said in his first interview was the Truth, they must’ve threatened him or his Daughter he was in love with or something before #2 came out. This is one of the reasons I despise him, and also every reporter that criticizes him for something he might have said about a woman’s body because honestly his 2 post-9-11 interviews are more shocking than almost anything else he’s ever said. Also, Francella is one of my cats that was stolen during the Covid-19 pandemic. I believe the neighbors who stole her may have taken her to their new home in Nevada. She is named after a Dude of Life and Phish song and the wife of the Dude of Life used to watch my videos about her. She requires a special diet or else she will vomit uncontrollably to the point where she “pukes her brains out” and faints which is why she’s named Francella and not be able to piss and if she doesn’t have her special food for even a day or two you are looking at a $1700 vet bill which is what I paid the last time she ate the wrong food. Please return my cat who has a loud and distinctive meow and has been in many of my YouTube videos. I would either like my cat back or some kind of “deal” where you send me videos of her in her new house in Nevada every day that I get to post on my channel. The crooked tailed cat is named Slate and he was also stolen a few years before the pandemic and I actually have a video begging for my cat back that’s still too. Many people in Humboldt think your pet cat is yours but it’s really one of mine that’s been in my videos or had videos made about it, I hope you enjoy my cats and care for them well. Also, when trying to enjoy my video please be aware that sometime in the last year or two YouTube changed their sound settings so creators now have to raise the volume on their video editors to whatever the maximum is to be “heard” at all and all older videos have been softened to almost a muted volume, it doesn’t just apply to my old videos from 2016 but also channels with huge followings like Phish’s official releases of their songs from before the volume setting change also play almost silent on many devices, as one example. You may wanna plug your phone/laptop into some kind of device with it’s own speakers and volume control to hear this one, because what I said and what Trump said in my 2016 video is just beyond belief and epic, and also a bit hilarious. because the way he is talking about the big sturdy buildings is the way he was talking about the big beautiful paper towel rolls as he threw them at people, he could listen to himself for a few minutes and not sound like a ranting two year old when he speaks but 21 years later he’s still using big instead of large or whatever else he could say instead. You know who else said my paragraphs were too long? Kevin Hoover. A few days ago. On Facebook! LMFAO! Every time I see “it’s too long” I almost fall to the floor, I enjoy reading scientific journals with wordy articles hundreds of pages long which is why you people think I am some insane conspiracy theorist when I really actually know facts about stuff that you wouldn’t learn because the first paragraph of the article would be too long.
Also, I wouldn’t be surprised if I met Trump and he actually spoke coherently and used other more grown up words other than “it’s big! it’s strong! I’m smart, a smart person” LOL he’s probably talking to people like you who have trouble following too long paragraphs with too big of words.

I don’t know about ya all but the look in ol George’s face when the dude comes out and whispers in it is quite telling if you have a ability to read people and it blows my mind that people accept building #7 coming down the way it did the comments the dude who owned it made ect its hard for people to accept truth if it’s contrary to their beliefs and hindsight provides plenty of evidence of the truth but it comes down to the relationship that a individual has with truth in there daily experience with life is how that slides by with little notice

I think it is now time to lay this article to rest. I for one, wish I had never watched the news. The memory of that day will forever be etching on my memory. I am so very sorry for all that lost their lives and loved ones, but there comes a time to move on and keep it from never happening again.
