Heart to Heart with Hospice Virtual Event on April 26th

Please Join Us for Heart 2 Heart with Hospice, a monthly outreach program hosted by Heart of the Redwoods Community Hospice and held via ZOOM.

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday April 26th from 6-7 pm .

Come and join us for an evening of caring, and sharing- where we reach out to our community and meet you right where you are to support  you and others in need, providing caregiver support and support to those who are grieving, as well as answers to your questions about end-of-life, our organization or any other concerns.

This month’s topic will be on the vastness of grief and the many forms that it may take.

Grief can present itself in many forms. It can be a loss of someone or some thing, it can be an anticipated loss, a perceived loss, or a situational loss.  All forms can be life altering. 

Grief needs to be shared. Each of us grieves in our own way. Each of us grieves in our own time. Grief affects the five major dimensions of life: physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual .In grief, we move from surviving, to healing, to growing.
