Toyota Highlander on Its Roof Near Miranda This Morning
According to the CHP Incident Page, an unaccompanied grey Toyota Highlander was reported on its roof against a redwood tree just north of Miranda about a quarter after 10 this morning.
According to witnesses, two white male adults left on foot heading south with a black and white dog.
