Vehicle Overturns on Rush Creek Road in Trinity County; Occupants Exit on Their Own

A single-vehicle crash was reported Tuesday afternoon, February 17, along Rush Creek Road in Trinity County, leaving a vehicle overturned on its roof but with occupants able to get out on their own.

According to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information Page, the collision was reported around 2:50 p.m. near the 5900 block of Rush Creek Road. Initial dispatch information indicated multiple occupants were involved in the crash, though the vehicle description was not immediately available.

By about 2:52 p.m., the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office had responded and requested fire personnel to the scene. A later update indicated the vehicle was upside down on its roof, with occupants already out of the vehicle.

It was not immediately clear whether anyone was injured. Emergency responders were en route to assist and investigate the cause of the crash.

This incident remains under investigation, and information may change as more details become available.

wait a minute. Reports of crazy driving, crossed the center line, severely injured an innocent driver, struck another vehicle getting to that point, and no arrest? None of that is at least a misdemeanor? Who is that driver related to?
