Gee, occupant=driver? Described as being ‘frantic’. In the previous accident report I read where the driver was ‘frightened’.
They were Frightened of being frantic
And I thought I was pedantic and picayune! Frantically frightened? Would that work? The short days are getting to us.
occupant=/=driver (sorry, I don’t have the “not equal to” symbol, so I made one). “Dispatch logs indicate it was initially unclear whether anyone remained inside the vehicle….”
Wonder if anyone told the car that smoking is not good for it’s well-being.
