Vehicle Overturns on Highway 101 Near Loleta

Traffic collision, crash, wreck, feature iconA blue sedan crashed and landed upside down around 10:43 a.m. on northbound U.S. Highway 101 near Loleta, according to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information Page.

The first reports described the vehicle overturned in a ditch. Callers told dispatch the vehicle was upside down and smoking, with at least one occupant reportedly outside the vehicle and described as frantic. Dispatch logs indicate it was initially unclear whether anyone remained inside the vehicle but no injuries have been reported.

Gee, occupant=driver? Described as being ‘frantic’. In the previous accident report I read where the driver was ‘frightened’.
