I was heading West yesterday about 20 cars on the wrong side of it. I assumed it was the truck pulling the trailer but could be wrong. The suv came to rest nose to nose with Eastbound traffic. That vehicle eventually drove away with no damage. The SUV was not drivable but damage was light considering what I saw when they finally opened Westbound again. The double axle high side utility trailer was pretty mangled and the truck was so destroyed I couldn’t even tell what brand it was as i drove by.
Saw dozens of cars turn around and try to navigate the residential roads above and or just go around the lake the long way.
