In a brief statement, Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Lieutenant Jesse Taylor confirmed, “HCSO boating unit located a male body…on the Klamath river near the Humboldt county line.” Authorities have not yet confirmed the identity of the body to us pending further investigation. However, the body found matches his description, Taylor said.
