If there were a charge for living like slobs, with no sense whatsoever for the preferences, convenience, and maybe even health of others, these folks could have been discouraged long ago.
But no, that’s my little fantasy world.

This happened near me, when I bought a newly built home in Vacaville…

2 houses in an older neighborhood, blew up… Not on the same night.

This is what they do to properties when the owners allow it.

Dogs, trash, police visits, rats.

Huge Corporations are looking to buy your rentals…

Bad renters ruin the market for everyone.

It’s way past time to shut this drug house down and demolish it or auction it off to the highest bidder.

Always amazes me that people without two nickels to rub together can always scrape up enough money to fuel their addictions AND a mountain of vehicles and other garbage that will sit and rot. I can see all these grandiose ideas get started……then fade away once the highs are gone. And keep adding to the piles.

I say make drugs readily available and affordable. Let people OD and die and the problem will take care of it self. Cheers.

How about the RICO act and taking the property in forfeiture?

You can then burn it to the ground and start over.

Tweakers gonna tweak and once they start it takes a long, long time to reach sobriety and the brain may never, ever heal. Collecting broken and worthless stuff is endemic to the use of mind altering drugs, it’s a hording behavior, hoping some of it can sell for more drug money. Once it starts, they have NO CLUE how awful their lives have become. Slow suicide in public.

I don’t understand why people would sell that shit that has killed so many and has ruined so many lives and families. That drug is pure poison and the most addictive drug out. The Devil brought that poison up here to eliminate the addicts.

It’s funny to think all of you are talking shit when you for one weren’t there and two for those of you who said you live close by , never went over to see for your self what was happing there. I just so happened did. And I can tell you this, the home owner was a very down to earth guy. He has a soft spot for those who have fallen onto hard times, he never could’ve imagined that they would take his generosity and abuse it and take complete advantage and control over him and his life. As you can see in the photo the scale they found in the house was one that is used for cooking. He weighed everything that he consumed so he could regulate his body size. It’s honestly so sad that they make him out to be this big time drug dealer / criminal when if you actually knew him he was in the sales business but of clothing not illegal goods. He owed and operated his own clothing business for over a decade. And from what I know from experience and everything that goes with drug dealers is they usually don’t have and work experience or anything like that so they turn to dealing to make theee living. Again the home owner had a great work ethic and tons of experience and to top it all off has a very wealthy background. He doesn’t need to be on the lowlife level they are making him be on at this time. In this day and age you can’t open your home up to people who don’t have one and share your space with them thinking that you are doing good by them, but they are slowly moving in and taking over and by the time you notice what was happening it’s to late, there’s to many of them and only one of you. So for all you individuals who are so quick to judge a book by its cover plz just do your self and them a favor and observe everything and do your own research before you ruin someone else’s name and what little they may have left.
