Join us for an empowering and fun-filled event with Kortney Olson, founder of GRRRL Clothing and world-renowned strength athlete! This special event is designed for girls aged 8+ to explore their inner strength, build confidence, and, of course, watch Kortney crush a watermelon!

What to Expect:
Watermelon Crushing Demonstration: Watch Kortney Olson as she demonstrates her incredible strength by crushing watermelons with her thighs! This isn’t just about muscles—it’s about breaking barriers and believing in your own power.

*Empowerment Talk: Kortney will share her journey of overcoming challenges, building self-confidence, and embracing your unique strengths. She’ll inspire the girls to see their own potential and empower them to break through their own limits.

Interactive Activities: Learn the basics of lifting, explore all the different sports/athletics that aren’t usually encouraged for girls, ice breakers, and a fun little circuit workout to get the sweat pumping and recognize the strength within themselves and others.

Q&A Session: A chance for the girls to ask Kortney questions and learn more about her story and how they can find their own paths to empowerment.

Takeaways: Every participant will leave with a head full of new ideas on how to be strong, confident, and fearless!
