Just before 9:30 this morning, a shed in the 200 block of Orchard Way in Myers Flat caught fire. When firefighters arrived, the flames were already high.

Details are scarce as the incident is ongoing. We’ll update with more information when it comes in.

Myers Flat Volunteer Fire Department and Miranda Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene and are still working on the fire as of 10 a.m.

Hopefully nobody’s injured, the fire doesn’t spread, and it’s extinguished quickly.

Hasn’t there been two previous big fires next to that same location??Makes you wonder .. Thank you to the firefighters for the quick response always
