Very sorry for the folks that lost their home to that fire. Hope everyone inside made it out safely. So much for calling the Tribal Police in an emergency when they don’t bother to even answer calls. The person in charge of their forced should have to explain their lack of action!
Unfortunately it’s hit or miss with tribal they are stretched thin, and basically just patrol at night. Welcome to the wild west.
The tribes seem to have enough more for other things, so why not add a few Tribal Officer’s where they are stretched so thin. Someone’s life may depend on them being able to answer their calls quickly. It has nothing to do with the wild west.
Sending heartfelt thanks to the many responders who did their best to bravely fight last night’s horrific fire. No one was injured in the blaze, which started as a flue fire, and although the main house was consumed, other structures were spared. And thankfully it was not wildfire season. A great loss to the owners, as this is the second time they have had a fire take their home, but blessings are being counted, the support of family and friends being chief amongst them.
I pray the house will not burn a third time.
” attempts to contact the Tribal Police went unanswered”…sums it up
There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for them not answering a call for help!!!
