FOR GOD SAKE OPEN THE FREAKIN ROAD BACK UP. CalTrans thinks they are God almighty. Did it ever occur to you people may not like having to go through all your senseless road work closures during a bad season of firestorm when they are evacuating their belongings to the coast only to be stopped for an hour shuttle for no reason.
