“Case” numbers nationwide, yet deaths continue to go down.
👀

>>>The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) acknowledged Thursday that it is combining the results from viral and antibody COVID-19 tests when reporting the country’s testing totals, despite marked differences between the tests.

Of course the focus now will be on the the number of cases going up and the daily cases going up. This will not be juxtaposed against the fact deaths have remained steady… meaning the fatality rate is declining… probably because older folks are being protected.

The more cases means the closer to herd immunity we get.

There’s at least 2 other possibilities, the virus doesn’t have the same effect in dryer weather. Like old people moving to more arid climates for health reasons or deaths were initially over reported.

The metrics and analysis have pointed to deaths being undercounted for the last 6 months..

I’m not going to go too far into the numbers because I already have, and I got the response of “trump sucks” but if you think that 5 percent of the worlds population should have 25 percent of fatalities with no genetic isolation. Then there is no point in talking to you because that shit wouldn’t fly in 6th grade math.

What are you talking about?

What do you think I’m talking about?

There has been a documented increase in deaths in NY, for example, that are unaccounted for, and coincidentally during the SARS-Cov2 outbreak.

There’s more going on than asymptomatic and death.

ICUs and hospitalization rates are increasing at a large rate here in CA.

We are becoming complacent.

Meh… listened to an interview with a hospital CEO. He claimed that 80-90%+ ICU capacity is a normal range for them and that current rates aren’t any concern.

Especially since none of the temporary emergency medical centers were even used, to the best of my knowledge. How many hospitals in this nation have actually been overwhelmed?

First,

80-90% capacity is normal where?

Who’s the doctor?

Who was conducting the interview?

Next,

Your mehs are continuously ignoring that this has been responsible for the USs 2nd deadliest month in history, with drastic societal changes to reduce deaths.

I doubt you’ll give a shit if it becomes worse than that in the future.

We shouldn’t expect death to rise for 2-3 weeks after cases rise. That means next week the deaths should begin to rise.

Quit splitting hairs. There is much more involved with health concerns for all age groups. Be a dick if you want. Much better to be a part of the solution. But whatever, thanks. Be safe.

Not splitting hairs … what a tired expression.
Oooof you call me a name. Powerful discussion tools there.

I am old. I am wise. I research heckalot and want to know why so many lies, so much suppression of fact. Have witnessed huge amounts censorship about this subject on social media and mainstream media. Censorship of doctors, nurses, researchers and citizens. The post above expresses the cognitive dissonance many are experiencing in the face of the way nation’s are handling this and suppressing cures.

I am damn serious though I resort to glib when faced with the dim fact that not many people have eyes open to the big big picture. That is just my opinion. Am I permitted?

Where are you getting the “it’s just” part? That was never how any of this was presented. especially the two weeks part, that’s made up out of thin air.

It’s just responsible for the 2nd deadliest month in US history.

It’s just responsible for that, with physical distancing and closed businesses.

It’s just summer when it “should” naturally “slow down”.

It’s just that “hunches” are further from perfect than doctors.

It’s just…a pandemic.

Quit spinning it.

Get upset about the investigations into the Boeing Max, which only killed 340 people, and demand to fly on one before safety adjustments.

George floyd has doomed us all! Everybody ran out to protest opposed to shelter! Remember when they arrested a guy for paddle boarding alone out in the ocean? Race involved and everyone drank the kool aid rolled over played dead! Now look what you so called progressives have done to us!

Not at all bizarre. It doesn’t seem odd to you that mass protesting was encouraged at this time, yet smaller unrelated gatherings forbidden? Covid must be very selective.

Actually if you look at photos or videos of the demonstrations almost everyone is wearing a mask. If you find more than one person in the crowd not wearing a mask its rare. Protesters have for years preferred wearing a mask at demonstrations. On the other hand you have trump spitting on people while delivering a monologue to 6000+ people who were made to sit in every seat instead of social distancing. Oh yeah, you right wingers have got it going on for sure.

Researcher ,protesters had to use the bathroom at some point . Public bathrooms = Sars-cov-2 minefield 🤢 !

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/health/public-bathrooms-carry-coronavirus-risks-heres-how-to-be-careful

Researchers have found that the new coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, can be shed in feces for up to a month after the illness. That’s longer than in respiratory samples, though how much of that time the virus could be causing infections and whether the virus has infected humans through fecal waste isn’t yet known.

Things aren’t always as they seem. I happen to know the personal facts about the young man who was paddle boarding alone in the ocean. He was cited for ignoring the fact that the beach was closed and he was asked repeatedly to leave the area and ignored the request. Whether he was alone or not was not the point, he felt he was “entitled” to ignore a rule that he did not believe in. If you believe rules don’t apply to you then go find a deserted island to live on, because as soon as you add any other human being there are rules.

Rules, like returning negro slaves to their owners…?

Sometimes you have to look at the bigger picture.

Your safety is none of anyone else’s business.

Try to wrap your head around that.

Hong Kong has plenty of rules and regulations for ya.

1 hospitalized, I’d say it’s hardly news worthly, but I will still keep putting my mask on when inside in public, even though the box the masks came in clearly states that it will not protect anyone against a disease, too funny. Kind of like a placebo I guess.
