Wade Harris Arrested With Stolen Vehicle, Says EPD
Just before 10:20 last night, an officer with the Eureka Police Department saw a stolen vehicle traveling near Hodgson and I Streets, according to EPD spokesperson Brittany Powell. The officer attempted to pull the vehicle over but the driver did not yield right away.
“It was ultimately stopped near M and Everding,” Powell told us.
According to scanner traffic last night, the officer said, “I have at least one at gunpoint.” Later, he added, “The driver stated he is preparing to flee.” A minute or two later he said, that the suspect was getting “physical.”
Shortly after that, the officer announced that Harris, who could be heard yelling in the background, was detained.
She said, “Wade Harris (37 of Loleta) was arrested for being in possession of the stolen vehicle. The vehicle had been reported stolen on November 22, 2019 from Eureka.”
Mr. Harris is presumed innocent by the courts until proven guilty.

I have never heard any positives concerning this individual. I guess the one positive is he will likely be running around nearby soon. He has yet to venture on any of my properties unfortunately but the universe works in mysterious ways.

If the vehicle wasn’t stolen, I’ll be glad to post a retraction but I’d need some proof.
Kym how do I get proof to you cause I have the title on the vehicle he was driving at the time of this arrest and it clearly shows him as the owner.

I broke my arm and am behind . I requested more info from the EPD and they’ve sent it. They seem to believe that this evidence is not proof. I havent had time to check out what they’ve said
