This is a press release from the Humboldt County District Attorney’s Office. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:
The District Attorney’s Office seeks assistance from the community with the apprehension of Nathan Michael LaCount (age 40), who has outstanding felony warrants for causing injury while driving under the combined influence of drugs and alcohol, child endangerment, and conspiracy. He also has multiple misdemeanor warrants for possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended/revoked license, making false statements, providing false information to law enforcement, hit and run, providing false identification to an officer, and failure to provide evidence of vehicle insurance.
If you have information regarding LaCount’s whereabouts, please contact your local law enforcement agency immediately.

I’m definitely NOT supporting DUI and the associated charges outstanding but once again and like his gf (?) addiction and desperation. Intervention of some sort legal or health services fosho, but a big BOLO press release? How about policing the river bar?
Lacount? Hmmmm wonder if that’s mellisas better half? Innocent. Non violent. If your a junkie with a a daily drug habit and no job, your a thief or a whore. Social Parasites is all they are. Take. Give nothing in return but misery for others.
These people create the demand for the supply.
