Vehicle Collision Just South of Arcata
Around 9:48 p.m., two vehicles collided on Hwy 101 south of 255 near Arcata. One vehicle hit a tree, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page.
Six CHP vehicles, a fire truck, and an ambulance are on the right shoulder, according to Jon Beck who drove by about 10 p.m.

That Beck character seems to be at the scene of more than half of all MVAs in the county. My conspiracy detector is triggered…..
