Must agree are volunteer fire departments work with very hard it seems to me there must be some way because they’re responding to so many calls now to get some funding somehow

They get very little, it’s important if you can, to attend the fundraiser events our volunteer fire departments throw. That helps them get important equipment, repairs, and such. They are a lifesaver, if we didn’t have them in our communities, we would be screwed.

Amen!
Go donate right now or put money aside for next fundraiser. I consider it part of my taxes i pay.
We take a lot for granted here. Most places do not have volunteer fire depts in every watershed, especially in heavily populated areas.

Kym is there a way to find out if they have hot coffee and some food at their incident command areas?
Id be glad to pitch in to hire one or more of our local businesses to deliver food to them. And to pitch in for childcare and lost earnings due to leaving work &/or closing their biz to volunteer on so hum search&rescue.
Just let us know how to help.
