  • Mytruckisahillbeater

    Lol cash monies

  • Waste of oxygen, these kind of scumbags should never be allowed in public, they will rob and kill at the drop of a hat, just to look “hard”. No quarter should be given.

  • Great job Arcata PD!

  • Kim, the arcata police press release i saw posted 40 minutes ago only listed Andrew Garcia as the gang member. “During the traffic stop, the rear passenger of the vehicle, Ronald Joshua Loureiro (age 29) from Arcata, was taken into custody on a parole warrant. • Both Garcia and Loureiro are listed as gang members: “Ronald Joshua Loureiro (age 29), a validated gang member from Arcata”…and…”Andrew Garcia (age 29), a validated Norteno gang member from San Jose…”

      • Friendly Observer

Maybe they can use a black belt in their gang.

      • well i guess whoever typed them up must have made a mistake on either the one they posted on the arcata police facebook page or the one they made available to you.

        • No way the dude with a neck sleeve is a gang member

        • Interesting. I checked on the APD’s Facebook page and I see what you mean. I called and the Sgt on duty wasn’t sure either. The Sgt who wrote up the press release isn’t available until tomorrow. I’ll check on that then.

          • This is Andrew and those cops are clowns illegal traffic stop and planted drugs they are going to be sued to the furthest extent and further more I ain’t no gang member.and what I’m a Mexican who works hard and has money and a gun so automatically i m a drug dealer talk about racial profiling..

            • It’s seems you are a Mexican that had a concealed weapon, I’m guessing the weapon is illegal, that was driving a vehicle with a a known gang member and transporting digital scales, packaging materials, meth and a meth pipe. That’s it, no racial profiling is needed. Replace a Mexican with a white guy and you still get the same conclusion. ALL meth dealers are nothing but parasitic pieces of fecal matter.

          • So your referring to gang enhancements as a way of being validated funny thing is I’ve never been validated nor have I ever had any gang related crimes in the past from my home county the only crime I committed was being a Mexican with money in a racist community you can argue this all you want the proof is in the pudding
If you would like to discuss this faulty case against me more in dept let me know I will give my number to anyone nothing to hide.

            • Oh, good luck with this “faulty case”. Report back and tell us how its going for you.

            • Attitude might have some bearing on your complaints too. Like no one else has ever been caught up in error because the past experience of police has been ugly.

              Tolerance goes both ways.

  • Felons with guns, felons with ammunition, felons with drugs, felons out running our streets? The people need to take back the Kalifornia Justice system. Arizona is not putting up with this nonsense.

  • LOOKS LIKE DACA IS SHRINKING.

  • Friendly Observer

Humboldt State University is quickly approaching an enrollment that is 35% Hispanic or Latino.

Should we really be surprised that the Mexican-American gang element has arrived in Humboldt?

With Los Angeles serving as Humboldt State University’s new cash cow — surely this trend will not end anytime soon.

    • Where are from or is it you don’t get out much? There are over 15 million latinos in California they out number whites. Of course HSU has a Latino enrollment around 35%. And another one for all the xenophobes out there is that there’s more Bulgarians in California than any other state. So watch out the Bulgarian enrollment is sure to increase at HSU. Keep on smoking that white lives matter pipe and keep the doors and windows locked, they’re coming to get you and steal your whiteness.

  • “Klamath Woman” must be the poor victim of the “Gang Bangers”

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you law enforcement. I’m glad you’re here. Be safe.

  • Neck or face tattoo, = guilty.

  • Drone pollinators inc.

I love how people up here play the blame game. When are we as a coooooooooooommmmmmmmuuuuinty, going to step up and not allow this behavior.

    • TALK IS CHEAP TAKES MONEY TO BUY WHISKEY, WHAT IS YOUR PLAN TO RID YOURSELVES OF THIS HORRIBLE GANGLAND SOCIAL SOCIETY?. A VIGILANTE COMMITTEE? E CLAMPUS VITUS. A CIRCUIT HANGING JUDGE, A FRESH SET OF GALLOWS?

    • as soon as you teach your kids not to consume heroin and meth. then they won’t come here to provide said drugs.

        • her cheeks aren’t rosy red from pot. they say it makes all your problems go away, which will be disastrous for all future generations going forward, you know with all the stress they have from a variety of new sources that most of us didn’t have. weed doesn’t offer that.

  • How do you get “validated” as a gang member? I wonder if I could get validated for anything? Maybe I could get validated as a bigot.

  • Attorney Kathleen Bryson is always at the ready for Eureka’s
MS-13 members, they should give her a call. She’ll make sure they get the lightest sentence possible.

  • We need to take the law in our own hands

  • SSS. figure out what that stands for. It’s the only solution!!

  • Another good test for our local courts. Let them out, and we might as well forget Humboldt ever getting better. Send them to prison !!!!!!!!

  • VEHICLE CODE VIOLATION MY ASS
U KNOW HOW MANY EXPIRED TAGS I SEE RUNNING AROUND THIS WAS RACIAL PROFILING BUT THAT IS FINE BY ME

  • Great link Kym thx

  • I remember when in some states deadheads were prosecuted as ” gang members”. Over-reaching cops and prosecutors weaken our justice system. But in this case- real violent gang, good job APD! Hope our county court will now make a stand! ( Tho Im not holding my breath)

  • Klamath woman…goodness gracious!!!

Just drove through the area a few weeks ago…beautiful, quiet, simple.

The load these lovelies were found with was enough to send the whole lil 200 plus population town of Klamath into full tweeker status.

Pretty far from any LEO’S even if you did call to report it or needed help chances are your dead or the freaks n creeps are long gone before any “help” would arrive.

  • This is the kind of scum that needs to be taken off the streets. Adios Assholes!!!

  • La Reconquista de América

Say Hola to the future, Aztlán-style.

  • What is that stick-like glass thing with a ball on the end? Looks like a lolly pop. (I know, I’m a little behind, but I really would appreciate a clue.)

    • Glass D**#! For meth, crushed oxy or base. Which around here “meth” is used lightly because often times things that are called methamphetamines have no amphetamines in them and are pesticides pcbs and god-knows-what other stuff crushed up.

  • Big 'ol jar of pickles

Loureiro Looks more like 40 something…

  • If “Miss Woody woodpecker” would spend half the time picking her friends, as she does putting on eye make-up she would be better off.

  • The cops planted the drugs,ya sure. So why are you a felon??? Most folks don’t carry guns, drugs, bullets. Most folks aren’t felons. And all the crimanals in prison are innocent!! Ya and I’m Rachel Welch
